This is by far the best hotel we have been to. The Design is unique. The food is great. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are very big and have plenty of options. The pool is well maintained and also has a supermarket nearby with fair prices. I would like to give a big thank you to our housekeeper Hailing Zhou she was incredibly friendly and took good care of us and our room. We will be coming back!

The hotel staff specially duty manger Rich, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. From the warm welcome to quick responses, everything was perfect. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and thorough. Overall, their professional and caring attitude truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommend for excellent service! 😊

Hotel was ok, location was not the best, but acceptable. Had found some hairs from previous guests in my room. Other than that, very average stay

Fantastic experience for families. Very good facilities and amenities. The beach is "wild" but that's also interesting. Breakfast and bar are both excellent. Great staff, very friendly.

A well designed large hotel just across the road from a long stretch of sandy beach. Typical Chinese style service - don’t expect a greeting or a farewell in any language from the front desk staff. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and there are other all day dining options. The hotel is a bit isolated with no shops or restaurants nearby but everyone just orders on delivery apps. The room was stylish and comfortable and very clean. Thumbs up to the cleaning staff who are fast and friendly, greeting guests with a warm smile. They could give some tips to the reception team on customer service.

Everything is just , on the reception Scott and Jojo are very helpful can understand English , the hotel is perfect for families with kids , we travel here the second time

This is the true 5 star hotel. It's a Marriot brand hotel that is only 3 years old, so everything it automated, new and works well. The staff is well-trained and smile and say hello to the guests at all times. This hotel, like all Tribute Portfolio hotel, has its own character: it offers a unique experience. The architecture of the entire complex is highly-memorable and unusial in its use of water pools around the lobby. Food is always fresh and plentiful. I'd recommend trying out a Spanish-cuisine focused Pink Salt Bar on the 6 floor of Tower A. This hotel has a very nice private sea beach. And a long and wide swimming pool for adults and a separate one for kids. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed over New Year and had a fantastic time! It was my birthday and Justin (staff at reception) organised a cake for me. Thank you so much, Justin! My parents, my daughter and I had a great time thanks to all the staff at the hotel. The breakfast had everything; western and asian food. It was all delicious and fresh. Would recommend anyone travelling to Sanya to stay at this hotel!

The hotel is grand, artsy and very new. The front desk staff is friendly and the check in process is very efficient. Breakfast has great varieties and is delicious.

The concierge service exceeded my expectations, especially Terry and Owen.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are excellent and food is decent. The kids club is very nice and there are fun activities for 3 year olds. Special thanks to JUSTIN who spoke very good English for us foreign visitors. He arranged all our wishes. The other staff does not really speak any English but they were all super friendly and welcoming and used translation app whenever needed. The only downside is that the road in front of the hotel is busier than we expected. When you are at the kids pool or other areas in the front, the cars passing can be quite loud.

This is my first trip to Sanya, Hainan, China, but I think this resort is by far the best. It has a great exterior and interior, many programs suitable for children, and most of all, friendly staff. (In particular, Justin helped me a lot from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much.) If you are traveling to Sanya, I highly recommend this resort.
