Everything was good, but I was mad about cleaning service. She was always not in convenient  and different time.

Absolutely perfect deal for money paid. A bit remote area but in a couple of meters there are a lot of local restaurants and small shops. Perfect architecture, big rooms. Excellent staff. The only thing I do not recommend is a breakfast. For the rest it was a wonderful experience.

Location was the one thing that let the hotel down. It’s so far away from most major attractions. On the plus side Didi is much cheaper here than in places like Shanghai or Nanjing so it’s not too bad to get a taxi everywhere but you may be sitting in a taxi for 1 hour or more to some places. Apart from that everything was good. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are massive and beautiful as is the hotel. The highlight is the pool which is massive and beautiful and even during holidays is not crowded. We went to spend a day at the Atlantis hotel and for me the pool in the Best Western is more beautiful and better than those operated at even the most luxurious hotels in Sanya. The beach is good but not as good as places like yalong bay and it has very little to do on it. No shops, bars or water sports on this section. Also the hotel does lack some things. A bar or even a cafe that is open all day would be good as you have to leave the hotel for everything. It looks like they had these in the past but are no longer operated.

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

After we have try few more hotels on Sanya, including Pullman, I would still go with this one, as my favorite one. Just the idea I don't have to use an elevator, and an ocean is across a street, with everything what are they offering, and prices for it, the best package I could get. Of course, I'm in my 40ties, and I just wanted to have a nice rest, in a beautiful surrounding. I also had a Chinese breakfast in a hotel, my kid prefered it like that, there would always be something she would choose. And thanks to our reception manager, I believe she said Lily was her English name, she really did her best to communicate with us, using a translator and her good will...all together, I would definitely repeat it again.

Soft bed, nice and comfortable sofa. Our room had a washing machine. Staff is really helpful and friendly, clean bed sheets, clean towels. The hotel lobby and rooms have musty smell, some facilities are not fixed. Overall it is a good place to stay.

it’s good place to stay and relax with your family.It’s location little bit far from shopping malls and restaurants but if you want to close by sea it’s for you

Upon arrival i was met by the friendly front desk staff, Lily was especially helpful and kind. Nice clean hotel with all the amenities that one could ask for.

Perfect as always. This is my 3rd stay at BW, and I would not choose another location. The staff are wonderful and the premises are beautiful. Close to beach, beautiful pool.

Luna and the other front desk staff, cleaners, gardeners... grateful to all for providing a home from home in Sanya in the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi hitting Haikou

I've book family room and got upgraded to Spanish style cottages including BF it was amazing and worth of we paid. Luna and other staffs were amazing and willing to help. Breakfast was good standards clean and simple I recommend to pay same time when you book the room. Definitely will stay with them again. Beach just 2 mins walk from back gate and lovely water.
