Great hotel, staff, cleanliness, friendliness etc. Be aware this is in a part of the island catering for Russian (and local) holidaymakers - signs/menus etc bilingual in Russian/Chinese). Didn't bother us. We were after a nice room, with a pool, on the beach. Quiet too

Shopping nearby is convenient with medium and high-end shopping malls such as Zhongshi Cinema City and Summer Department Store; it is also within walking distance to the First Market and Liberation Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sunbathing area, where you can enjoy another fun experience of playing with waves and chasing light. Good location (almost at the end of the beach), big swimming pool. Decent breakfast . Overall everything was okay. The room was clean and I really liked the big balcony. But it would be nice to get some help with heavy luggage. And for cleaning ladies to not disturb guests while they having a shower.

This hotel served its purpose and generally did so well. Excellent location. Pretty good breakfast. Nice amenities and layout. Cleanliness okay, though a little worn and dated in places, particularly the carpets outside of the rooms in the halls. Additional fees for use of pool floaties and towels. Use of extra water naturally incurred fees but also an aggressive knocking and doorbell ringing in the middle of the day to give me the receipt for the waters, waking us up from a nap for no good reason... Would prefer if the fee was simply noted at checkout. Overall pretty good and worth the price.

Great location: after walking through the garden/pool area, one is walking at the beach, where there are lots of restaurants. I enjoyed this relaxing trip. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. Although they did not speak English, the staff was kind and helpful.

We love this hotel room , my baby son can play in the room without disturbing us, very cute room, nice pool view and as well as the buffet breakfast , the yogurt is very tasty! Great location !

I stayed only one night at this hotel and I took advantage of at least two gifts which were offered; one was a 10% discount at the spa within the hotel, and the second one was free pictures. Although those guys ripped me off as I had to add extra money to get the other not so nice pictures but I liked a few of the photos they took anyway(the last 3 pics were taken by them). My room was on the 5th floor and the staff helped me get my bags to and from the room. Breakfast was also good. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to visit Sanya in the future.

I had to book this hotel twice because when I got there they said the room I booked was not available anymore but trip.com helped me get a refund within minutes. I was only there for a night but there isn’t much to do around this area

This hotel is good for the price. But be warned, there is zero English, barely anyone ever working there, and not a traditional real hotel. The pillows are horrible. The bed is hard. But the room is nice looking. Be prepared to wake up with some construction on the beach. Walking to the beach was 10 minutes. This hotel is a 2.3 star hotel in my opinion but the rooms looks like nicer than that. I wouldn’t go back but for some it’s good.

Overall was good. One of the staff name 礼宾员立才 was very helpful. He recommended us places to eat and transportation too. Breakfast spread is good with variety of food. Walking distance to the beach.

Excellent room, clean and spacious. The pool is great and so close to the beach. Just miss a laundry room, as they informed as is not available.
