I stayed here for a week. The good points were that the hotel and room were clean and smelled ok (apart from the occasional smoker); the staff were generally kind and helpful; the location is in reasonable proximity to the beach; the hotel garden is nice and there are some decent enough restaurants nearby. The bad points were: the cleaner kept knocking on the room door early in the morning around 8:30am when the “do not disturb” sign was on; the shower was far away from the toilet and sink on the other side of the bedroom; the breakfast was not ‘western’ as described, it was Chinese (apart from some cheap bread) and the dishes that should have been hot were lukewarm or cold; 1 of 2 outdoor swimming pools was empty and closed, so I decided to forego swimming in the main pool with screaming noisy children; the decor looks outdated; the ‘gym’ is very poorly equipped; and one of the worst things is that all the guest room doors auto-close extremely loudly. Why not design the doors to soft-close? Hearing very loud banging in from room doors along the corridor - a most unpleasant, irritating way to wake up in the morning and this along with the aforementioned are definitely not befitting experiences when staying in a five star hotel - not even in a 2 or 3 star hotel for that matter. Overall, the experience was average and felt more like a 3 star hotel (but with 5 star prices). I think there are far better hotels in Sanya.

Location is good, there is bus station, and tram station in front of the hotel. Breakfast has lots of varieties. the receptionist generally has good services, except one lady don't have smile. one thing made me unhappy was the room has lot of mosquitoes even in winter time.

Building is huge, but no floor carpet in room. Dirty and old fashioned curtain. Even the wardrobes and other drawers are too old. Lake view is good. But all the glasses are too dirty. Lobbies are not safe for pedestrian, hazards exist. Being a Trip.com member we have been rewarded for "Late check out" but hotel administration totally denied to avail this reward, only until to pay additional charges. All concerned pictures also attached. Don't know, who is responsible for all of these, either Trip.com, to not provide complete details, OR the hotel itself? However, staff is cooperative

Air conditioning was a bit slow to work. Location convenient for train to airport.

Fantastic hotel! I heard it’s old, but they have very good maintenance. We enjoyed the location, which was a walk to some nearby restaurants. The pool was very nice to swim in as well.

I only stayed for one night. There are lot of options for breakfast. Quite an old hotel but not bad for the price.

酒店位置非常棒，三亞站坐電車五站路就到酒店門口了，交通很方便。酒店對門有很多餐廳還有瑞幸咖啡，去周邊景點也很方便。打車很容易。房間很不錯，有個陽台，可以出去看風景。安排的樓層16樓，很舒服。很喜歡這家酒店，關鍵價格很實惠。

非常滿意👍 這次入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。前台服務熱情，辦理入住很快，早餐種類豐富，下次還來！ 2. 地理位置優越，出行方便。但隔音略差，睡眠淺的人可能受影響。房間設施較新，服務態度也不錯，性價比還行。 3. 酒店環境優雅，綠植環繞。餐廳菜品美味，廚師手藝贊。不過健身房器材有點少，希望能增添，總體值得推薦 。

這次的入住體驗簡直無可挑剔！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，熱情周到的服務就讓我倍感温暖。房間佈置得温馨又精緻，設施一應俱全，床品舒適得讓人一夜好眠。開啟活力滿滿的一天。下次出行，這家酒店依舊是我的首選！

Гостиница неплохая , действительно хороший завтрак. Но уже достаточно старенькая . Местоположение неплохое. Все работало, все было. Убирались каждый день.
