I recently enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay at Sofitel Sanya, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. My pool access room was incredibly convenient, and the amenities were consistently stocked. I had the pleasure of having Murca Xiao Liu as my WeChat contact throughout my stay, who was attentive to my requests and ensured I was having an enjoyable experience. The surrounding atmosphere was simply idyllic, with stunning beaches, beautiful pools, and abundant greenery. The dining options were impressive, offering a lovely variety of delicious food. The gym facilities were also top-notch, perfect for keeping up with my routine. Overall, my time at Sofitel Sanya was delightful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at this incredible hotel, and my stay was truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Nikki, who made my experience seamless from start to finish. From pre-arrival arrangements to booking external activities, her exceptional service was impressive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious options. The hotel's location is ideal, situated near a mall and numerous activities, including a helicopter experience and dinner in the sky. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, with on-site restaurants, a spa, and beautifully equipped rooms. This hotel is perfect for families, with a variety of kid-friendly options and entertainment. The evening fire show is a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique, relaxing, and memorable experience. Its exceptional ambiance and top-notch service make it an ideal choice for any special occasion.

The resort has a luxurious feel with many areas to explore, it connected directly to beach and there are many swimming pool, facilities wise it is top

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, great design, bathroom is wonderful and comfortable, location is very convenient, nice and friendly staff, breakfast is super tasty! We stayed there 4 days and enjoyed it very much! Thanks for your hospitality ♥️♥️♥️

Haitang Bay is not for everyone because you can't swim on the beach. But I knew where I was going, so this hotel for me was completely amazing. The design, cleanliness, food and staff are all top notch. Thank you, I will definitely come back.

First of all I would like to express my gratitude to Nikki at the front desk who helped me with all the requests and issues, and pointed out the best the hotel offers all the time. She was attentive to every detail and able to fulfill all requests. Food and beverage manager Gabriel is another wonderful individual who helped to plan our New Years Eve dinner and countdown wonderful. The hotel has very beautiful decoration and plenty of pools for guests. On site children's water park was great and my family enjoyed the amenities whenever it was sunny. Good cleaning and fantastic facilities. Great stay in Haitain bay.

Nice family hotel stay ！ Nice welcome drink and quick check in service upon arrival. We got free upgrade deal and got a very nice room with balcony. Breakfast was with great variety & there activities for kids too. Hotel room service is also impressive, just a 0 or WeChat, they will send you your request. Will definitely recommend to stay.

This is a beautiful hotel resort on the beach. We got a lagoon room with the pool outside our patio. Breakfast was very nice and included.

Loved it! So extended my stay🥰 Fantastic - Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views. Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

Not only good for families but also for couples. Would be recomnendable to have an evening bar to chill out a liitle bit with a nice drink or cigar. The breakfast is amazing in choice, bakery fresh made. It's a pity that it is not allowed to swim in the whole bay.

I, my husband and my two kids (ages 3 and 5) just had a wonderful 3-night stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, Aifen (the GM) and her team, especially Nikki, did everything to make us feel super welcome, including: a speedy check-in process, fruits/ pastries ready in the room, luggage brought up right away etc. After a 3 hour drive with kids, this was so appreciated. The rooms were so lovely, with the “Little Prince” theme. We appreciated all the thoughtful artwork, toys, and small amenities for kids — slippers, robes, body wash etc. But the part that really blew us away were the children’s activities: the little train, the well-designed water park, the bubble and foam party, the indoor playground, evening performances for the whole family, arts&crafts and even go-karting! Even the buffets had special kids sections and special plates and utensils for little ones. To say my kids were delighted is an understatement. Nikki is a gem—she was so responsive to all our needs, answering questions via WeChat within a few minutes. We also had the pleasure of running into the GM a few times; she was so warm and lovely and she remembered my children’s names after just one quick introduction—so sweet! Like all Sofitels, the hotel was modern and spotless. It was simply the loveliest family vacation we’ve ever had. We look forward to returning to Sofitel Sanya! Merci Beaucoup!
