Location is good where easily to get a Taxi. Room is big 43 sq m. Seaview facing is wonderful. Seafood F&B outlets just 300m away and price is reasonable. 1 km away have more eating outlets and place to shop. Breakfast is super with many choices to choose.

19/02/2025 We reached sanya station around 1425 Once we walk off from the sanya train station then we took a tram to yingbin road station about 6-8 station and the fare around SGD $1++ but that other option to those dont want take public transport may book didi ride directly to your location. From yingbin station to four points i take about 10-15 mins walk and basically the hotel location also it doesn’t show accurate place . The hotel it literally opposite beach just crossing road. The hotel location is so strategic to anywhere. The hotel is well maintained we reached hotel around 1530 but sadly our rooms is not ready for check in the front desk told us that we need to wait around 1-1.5hour but the good part the front recovered us with complimentary vourcher at their lounge. And we managed to get our rooms around 1700 the room is so spacious and well maintained. But only the aircond abit warm so what i did was closed half of the curtain especially during day time to avoid from sunlight shine to our room that could make our room feel warmer. Our room is inclusive with breakfast that a choices quite a lot but will suggest you guys go before 8am to avoid from heavy traffic from other people need to queue outside while waiting for the table. That a choice of western and Chinese style and those vegan, vegetarian that not a lof of choices that you could get in and those muslim there is not halal except of bread or cereal for your choice. And the hotel got provided shuttle to Nanshan tample and CDF MALL Haitang bay just need to book in advance slot and timing at front desk . And possible for you guys to have WECHAT apps or china phone number because they will make a call for confirmation for the shuttle. On the 20th of feb after we came back from haitang bay we get a surprise birthday cake from the hotel team. Btw thank you for the great memories in china that i couldn’t forget it ❤️🇸🇬

Location is very good. There is a dining street just behind the hotel called Waimao street. The is a smaller mall near the hotel too. Opposite is the beach with a fantastic view. You can see the sunset from the hotel balcony. It is full of people whether young or old dancing regularly. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit old. And the water pressure for shower is low. Also the wifi is extremely slow. Prepare your 4G or 5G.

Good location good services good breakfast but it’s too old

Very good location, more or less in the middle of Sanya Bay. Tramline is right behind the hotel, lots of restaurants around (try the ones 1 or 2 streets away from the beach, they are cheaper and minimum as good), and a lot of activities around the beach. The breakfast buffet is really nice, and there’s a sky bar up at the 29th floor with amazing views over the sea. Special shout out to the staff, cleaning-canteen service-reception, all of them are amazingly helpful and polite, even though I often witnessed them not being treated very nicely by the guests, they remained very respectful and ever dignified. Thank you for our amazing stay!

WiFi not working. Other than that, nice room and breakfast. Front desk receptionist is helpful.

The hotel is outdated and old. The fridge was broken, the shower door leaked. Great video and breakfast was very good but this hotel needs remodeling for sure.

The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was stunning. But there were multiple issues. It took them 40 minutes to check-in, at which time there were 2 power outages. The phone in my room didn’t work, and there were issues with scanning the room service QR code. There was left over food in my fridge also. There is also the issue of false advertising regarding the infinity pool which is non-existent. To top it all off, at 01:00, the fire alarm went off in my room for no reason. The staff are very nice, particularly Harry the lifeguard who went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me when I injured my finger. The issue regarding a lack of English speakers in SanYa is true.

Pros: •Good location in the main town of Sanya so it's easy to get to shopping areas and restaurants. •Close to one of the main beaches. •Dinner buffet keeps food like sashimi in contained areas for cleanliness. •Coffee at the lobby bar is nice. • Nice gym Cons: • The breakfast here is terrible. Unless you like congee, you get a very limited options of food overall and only about three western options - sausage, egg, and bacon (poor quality bacon at that) • ineffective staff at breakfast. We arrived for breakfast at 9:30am (a busy time) and were scanned through despite there being 0 tables available and very limited help from the staff just standing around. • Terrible coffee at the breakfast. • Want to relax and sit by the pool? Good luck with that as there are only 12 sunbeds next to the pool! A shockingly poor amount for a hotel with so many people. • Things like toilet paper wasn't replaced upon cleaning two times. • Swimming pool was freezing! • Everything is in Chinese. I'm glad I was with my partner because there wasn't a single thing translated into English. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel unless you are actively seeking somewhere that might be cheaper than the better options available in Sanya.

We arrived and we were greeted with Ceasear who speaks good English. Cleaners come daily and clean and refresh room. Breakfast has a variety of Western and Chinese food. The ball pit is great just for a space for our toodler to get rid of energy in between swimming, eating and sleeping. The sandpit is also fantastic, with trees giving it shade. Full of fun toys for the the children too. The swimming pool is a great temperature! Pools towels are easy to get. Life guards are friendly!!! Swimming rings available. Bubble machine. Supermarket is a close 7mins max walk. Beach is right there but you have to walk 5mins either left or right to cross the road. The noodle bar is awesome and yummy! Also a great convenience store on the 1st floor. Easy to order food in.
