Amazing place to stay as a couple or with family. Plenty of kid activities, beachfront, multiple restaurants, it has it all. Would definitely come back to relax and recharge.

DON’T GO to this hotel! This hotel is oriented to the local ppl. If you are foreigner in China, don’t go to this hotel. I made a mistake by choosing this hotel. Everything is so old. You will hear from your room all people who walk outside of your door. I have no idea how they got license of “5 star hotel”, the maximum I would give is 3 stars. You better add a bit more money and book another hotel. The breakfast is very Chinese. The staff doesn’t speak English at all (dear Ctrip, please remove English speaking from the list). The “private beach” in fact is not private. All people around can come and lie down.

They are not focused on international clients. It’s obvious that they are not particularly interested in them either, as 95% of the guests here are locals. The breakfasts are absolutely terrible, and the place is dirty everywhere. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong suit. In the best case dirt is simply brushed off the tables onto the chair you're sitting on, leaving stains on your clothes. Sunbeds on the beach are nearly impossible to find unless you're extremely lucky. The heated pool is completely uncomfortable and seems to be there just for show. In comparison, the heated pool at the nearby MGM hotel is tastefully designed and actually enjoyable. This is despite the fact that there is almost no price difference between the hotels, and in our case, it was even cheaper. Overall, we’ve formed a clear impression that we will not be coming back here.

Despite the hotel showing signs of aging, the overall experience remains positive thanks to the excellent staff. The reception team is particularly outstanding, with Nina demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. Her assistance made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, and she was always available to address any requests or concerns. The cleanliness of the deluxe room with a garden view was satisfied. While the hotel's facilities may benefit from some updates, the friendly and efficient service ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service is great 24/7. Delicious food both breakfests and restaurants. Everyday room cleaning.

The hotel is not welcoming to American guests. All paperwork and info given to me by the hotel staff was in the Russian language. I was told that there is no English translation available. I have been traveling internationally for more than 60 years, and I have never stayed at a hotel having multi-language information which excludes English as a foreign language.

This hotel was built in 2004, I have been comming there since 2005 and have been there I think 22 times. What another reccomendation can be done ? :-) Perfect Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort

Really good experience, if you are looking for doing nothing, only chilling and relaxing, this is one of the best places around yalong Bay. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and always willing to help.

The hotel is at a good location and has amazing rooms and amenities. The staff doesn’t speak English, so communication was mainly over the phone translation apps but they do try their best. Beach access is very easy and the beach is super clean and gorgeous.
