It was nice. Workers were kind even tho we had some language problems they tried to communicate with us all ways possible. Everything was so clean and i really loved the pool out there. Also, this place had a lots of kids' zone which is really suitable for family vacation. All be here everytime when I visit Sanya😍

great and friendly service, really helpful staffs. the room was great! only downsides of the room is slow wifi (throughout the hotel) and that the gaps under the door is too big and we can hear the wind blowing through throughout the night

My wife and I stayed over for the night on our way to Haitong Bay. We got in off a night flight, close to midnight, and were warmly greeted by a friendly (if slightly inexperienced) night shift who efficiently got us to our room.  Nothing spectacular, in the grand scheme of things, but to quote my better half, “THE BED WAS SO COMFY. I slept really well!”  And in the end, isn’t that the most important thing?

Super disappointing rooms, old small and with things left by previous people. Spoilt light bulbs too. Couldn't take it. Top up money to upgrade to a much bigger and better rooms. But totally unacceptable for Ramada standards.

The hotel around in so affordable price and best location and the staff is best better than anything you can imagine

Very friendly staff including a driver who took us to the airport free of charge. The view from the balcony was wonderful (see my pictures). There is a nice swimming pool there and there are restaurants outside the hotel. Recommended!

I never write a review before, but this hotel’s service is a top-notch! Susie Tang, a friendly Wyndham employee, helped me a lot and made sure I had an enjoyable stay. She kindly upgraded me, not only the sea view room, but also the movie room. They gave me a lot of compliments. The daily cleaner officers were also very friendly. Even though my Chinese is very limited, they all very patiently tried their best to communicate with me. The location of the hotel is 7-minute walk from the nearest beach and only 10-minute drive from the airport (15 RMB only). Thanks to Susie and other staff for their warm hospitality - and the free breakfast bonus. Will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!

Had a really good experience here :) close to the airport, they also have a pickup service from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the airport, will have a service guy after you check in and you can just text him anytime if you have any questions, our guy's name is 郭应茂, and he always answers super fast and helps us a lot, breakfast was just fine, Chinese breakfast is more than western’s options. Super close to the sea btw.

Very good hotel, very child friendly so avoid if you don’t want children around all the time. Had a pleasant stay apart from one morning there were no towels so the elevators were wet on the floor & a staff member who laughed at me trying to use Chinese to talk to another staff member. Probably would return if I was booking it late in advance & was using this hotel as a base close to the airport and was leaving the hotel everyday to explore different parts of Sanya.

This hotel is great at good location, room is clean bed is comfortable, staffs are nice especially the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful, I will certainly recommend to others.

We are foreign tourists living in Shanghai.I chose to come to Sanya for this trip.Checked in Ramada Hotel，We basically stayed in hotels on this trip, which was very unforgettable.Among them,From the catering department- Susie surprised me so much.We couldn't communicate smoothly for two days because of language problems.After meeting Susie on the third day, she introduced us to the tourist attractions.Introduce Hainan specialties, buffets,And the A la carte menu of the All-day restaurant，And even more surprisingly,We need to buy some medicines, and she helped us buy some from the Ele. me delivery, which is very convenient.There is a massage on the third floor of this hotel.Very close，Very convenient,There are all kinds of Hainan cuisine downstairs to enjoy.[Rose][Rose]

Nice Hotel. Very Good size swimming pool which was nice, the room we had was large (2 Bedroom with small kitchen area), clean but a little dated. Location of the hotel is just OK, not too many restaurants / activities in the local area. Breakfast was good at the hotel, good selection of local and international food. Overall a good stay, dont think would stay here again generally due to location

We enjoyed our stay here during the Chinese New Year. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room, plentiful amount of toiletries that were replaced every day. Room was clean and had all amenities needed. Although could benefit more from extra plug sockets next to the bed. Breakfast was good and had a variety of Chinese and western dishes available. Also coffee machine and fresh juice. Although the hotel is a little far from the popular areas, it is a short walk to the beach and there are lots of restaurants in the area downstairs. Swimming pool is large and there are free towels provided for sun loungers as well as floats and inflatable rings for children. Everyone who works in this hotel are very kind and will always greet you. Next time I come to Sanya I will definitely stay in this hotel again!
