Everything was perfect! The view and the area itself are amazing. Thank you for picking us up at the entrance gate and staying in touch all the time.

A beautiful quiet place in Yalong Bay. Needless to say ir's HUGE! It can easily accomodate a family of 6 people. Rooms are very clean and comfy, there was a jaccuzzi which children enjoyed alot. It's 6 mins drive to Yalong beach or Sunny bay beach. They give free drop off and pick up once a day. I highly recommend sunny bay beach as its super clean. Also 5mins drive to Boho street. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. They help in every aspect and are very quick to reach you for anything you want. If you are ok for not staying beachside then this is highly recommended.

Rooms are bit old. Master bedroom mold on the wall. Don’t forget to mention driver. He is good at his job

I booked this place for my parents, and they loved it! They said the location was great, right in the city center. Everything was very clean, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. The stay was comfortable and spotless.

They kept telling me to be quiet (I think I should be in bed by 10pm) and they also demanded 200 yuan for not cleaning the kitchen.

Fantastic experience - very spacious and high-level villa, good service, expensive furniture, everything is new and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hainan!

I booked a villa a private pool for 2 nights and paid for it, but they canceled my booking with rediculous reason, which they couldn’t contact me. However, they apologized and solved the problem offering more amenities for 2 days and moved us to a better villa with a pool in 2nd night. But first night’s villa was not good. Second villa was gorgeous, we enjoyed our stay.

Some people say that "listening to the rain, drinking tea, enjoying flowers, and burning incense" are the four elegant things in life, so here we can easily experience three of them. This is my second time staying at the Shanhai Mingyuan Hotel. What's different is that this time I brought my parents with me, and with the help of my family, I have gained a variety of beautiful and comfortable experiences. The same thing is the consistent high-quality service. Thank you to 何芸, Mark, and 霞妹, and I look forward to seeing you all again next time.

和爸媽一起出來旅遊，房間很大，店家服務很好，還給我們升級了，來的時候是晚上，來接我們了。房間衞生很好，香香的。周邊環境也很好，是一次很好的旅遊體驗。 太陽灣公路來回接送:每天還有一次免費6公里之內接送，還送我們去附近的商業街了。司機也很好。

這次入住總體來説很滿意，最讓人驚喜的是楊過管家特別貼心，還到門口來接我們，帶我們參觀房間，到全程主動詢問需求，每個細節都照顧得無微不至。讓人覺得很貼心，酒店位置很安靜，度假躺睡很舒服，還可以做飯，離太陽灣也特別近，放鬆身心的理想之選

服務周到熱情從前台辦理入住到客房服務，工作人員都熱情友好、耐心細緻，能快速響應並解決各種問題，讓人有賓至如歸。。酒店的工作人員非常貼心，會主動提供遊玩攻略、幫忙預訂車票等，房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，使用起來非常方便。0壓床品，能有效分散人體壓力，促進深度睡眠，讓人一覺睡到天亮。 房間打掃得非常乾淨，無論是地面、桌面還是衞生間，都一塵不染，讓人感覺很舒服。酒店的公共區域也保持得十分整潔，樓道、電梯等地方每天都會定時清潔消毒，給客人提供了一個衞生、安全的環境

網友真的不欺人啊，亞龍灣真的太適合家庭出遊啦！太陽灣公路很美，沙灘🏖很適合孩子沉浸式玩耍，大海的聲音很治癒。更讚的是酒店服務超級好，很適合一家出行，別墅區的管理很嚴，安保就很放心，房間的位置也很便捷，淺走幾分鐘就到大門處，私隱性很好，打車也很便捷。房間內有乾淨的廚房，好用的洗衣機，超大的客廳、衞生間，對於海邊玩耍來説，每一項都很有用！服務也超讚，每一天都有貼心的房間整理，還幫忙收快遞、應急去鎮上取演唱會要用的包裹！阿生管家和何芸仙女的服務都特別特別周到和細緻，還有司機小哥……雞腿打滿屏幕！

房間的床有軟的和相對較硬的，適合不同需求的一大家子入住，環境很安靜，離太陽灣很近，最棒的是配備按摩椅，遊玩一天放鬆必備。最後管家小寧服務周到，有求必應，推薦

這次親子游選山海美墅酒店太對啦！小區環境好，房間乾淨舒適，親子設施超貼心 ，孩子玩得超開心。尤其要誇管家小寧，服務認真，安排周到，對孩子耐心又熱情，有問必答，體驗超棒，下次還來！
