The nicest thing I can say about this place is that you get what you pay for. When we got to the hotel, the person at the reception was unfriendly and said the room type we booked is unavailable so they’ll put us in a twin room. No apology, no promise to move us to the room we booked, just threw the card on the counter. Only when I reciprocated his unfriendly attitude he promised to move us to a double room the next day. The younger staff (son?) was a lot more friendly, so I guess it’s the luck of the draw who you’ll encounter. The room we got initially was a shambles: paint peeling from the ceiling, children’s doodles on the walls, floor of questionable cleanliness. Unfortunately it was a Saturday so I couldn’t find an alternative in Houhai as it gets very busy on the weekends. As others have mentioned it is LOUD; it’s at the end of the only road that leads to the entrance to Houhai so you’ll hear honking every few minutes starting from early morning till late at night. Also there is no soundproofing, so you will also hear all the children and people talking/shouting at each other across the hallway. Oh, and the cleaning staff is fond of dragging the furniture around the rooms while they clean so you’ll get to hear that as well. Haven’t had a good nights’ sleep throughout the stay. All in all, I’d say learn from our mistakes and book elsewhere. Houhai is great and we’ll definitely be back but won’t be staying here again.

Bare bones but clean and appealingly decorated. Wifi only seemed to be available via Meituan app which meant no net connection for laptops. But then again, if you’re only in Houhai to stay in a hotel room, you’re doing it wrong. If you need somewhere to lay your head and somewhere with easy access for taxis, then this does the job. Recommended.

Not fancy, but clearly delivers what is promised for a more than reasonable price.

This hostel is an ok budget stay. You stay on the first Street with the cars just next to the village entrance. Room is not cleaned during your stay (maybe if you ask, I'm not sure). There is no party noise, but you hear car and street noise. It's walking distance to everywhere in Houhai, very close to the beach.

位置不錯，出店右行20米步行一條街，有點廈門鼓浪嶼的味道，左側走30米就是沖浪🏄♂️的海邊，超級熱鬧，上午10點就有不不人了，下午14點以後最為熱鬧，晚上酒吧依然火爆。民宿服務大眾化談不上很好。入住的房間比較潮濕，空調抽濕運轉時常出現故障式的響聲，已影響休息。

2月7號下午訂的12號晚上的房間，2月7日當晚就想申請退訂，店家就不讓退，客服多次與店家溝通無效，説是臨近日期了，保留房間付出成本了，我是當天訂的當天申請退哦。最後我也確實因故沒去入住，那現在評價我就衹能説這次體驗非常差，這種沒有站在客户角度的店，不推薦任何人入住。

酒店在進後海的街道口很好找，房間性價比很高

酒店房間彩繪很有特色，就像睡在森林中的綠草中，距離后海灣和蜈支洲島都很近，步行在十分之內，不足之處是沒有電梯，當地人夜市很晚很鬧，影響睡眠。

優點：離東海特別近 在小吃街口 吃飯特別方便 弊端：在馬路邊上 睡個飽覺或自然醒對於睡眠質量差的人來説似乎有點不太現實，尤其長者影響休息。

儂仔民宿門前車水馬龍晚上倒是安靜，床墊很舒服睡到自然醒，服務好我們的車晚上要挪車鑰匙給前台早上看已挪好！他家門對面有棵樹衹長像芒果一樣的果實沒有葉子，看到樹就是他家了，樓下還有吃飯的餐廳。

整個房間的衞生還是很不錯的，乾淨而且清爽，但是房間的設施就顯得有點簡陋了，感覺不上檔次，就像一間小旅店。

很好，由於身體原因，老闆給我從三樓調至二樓。服務好，環境優。

入住感受挺好的，早餐宵夜都太方便了！下次去還預訂儂仔民宿！
