Dimitra was great and took care of us. She advised and gave us all the information of how to get around on the island. The property is private, clean and away from the noise. It is cozy, comfortable and just a great place to relax. It is in a great location, the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If you want to go to Fira or Oia you can take the bus or very expensive taxi. We took the expensive taxi but next time might take the bus. The airport is not too far nor is Fira or Oia. The pool was lovely. Breakfast is delivered every morning and is yummy. I would definitely come stay here again with family or on a solo trip

Nothing wrong! Simply perfect Dimitra has been a treasure and has assisted Is for everything we would Need! All staff were perfect anyway. Cleaness at the top, breakfast unforgettable! Finally the position far from the caos of Fira and Oia, reachable in few minutes anyway Thanks a lot guys, we'll be back next year

The manager Dimitra is truly a gem. She was very helpful and kind. I got lost in the alleys and Dimitra actually came and rescued me. I cannot thank her enough. The location is ideal for exploring pyrgos. We were there for Easter Friday and literally watched the ceremony from our private hot tub. The room was massive and everything was top quality. If you wish to stay in pyrgos, you will not go wrong with this hotel! Parking is also easy and in front of the hotel. If you can, definitely rent a car and explore the island.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Located in a quiet town the hotel sits perfectly to get to nearby restaurants with spectacular views, the hotel itself boasts beautiful views. We stayed in July 2022 in the superior suite with hot tub and sea view and it was just perfect! The suite was so clean and everything was provided. It is a new hotel so small things still had to be done like the safe being screwed to the wall which I'm sure is done by now. Service was great, breakfast was just perfect, nothing went to waste; although a menu would've been sufficient to provide to guests so they can choose, we didn't have a problem with what they served us. On the day of checkout, our flight was in the afternoon so they gave us a late check out for free and also served us ice cream which I cannot complain about. Staff are extremely hospitable, if we were to visit Santorini again, we would most definitely stay at Elements Cozy Suites. I would recommend hiring a car to get to places, you can see all of Santorini in a day or 2 and it's just convenient to have your own form of transport.

My family and I stayed there for a whole week and it was paradise! The suite was so spacious that our little one felt comfortable enough to walk her first steps there, the balcony was huge and intimate that we almost didn’t want to leave the suite, we were spending our mornings between sunbathing and dipping in the hot tub. The kids loved it. It is a small hotel so the common areas are never overloaded and you can actually enjoy the common swimming pool. The staff is super helpful and they bring you this amazing breakfast (fresh croissants, eggs, fruits, yoghourt etc ) every morning at the time you ask them to. They provide you with a WhatsApp number in case you need any advice! The village is beautiful yet not too crowded, and we were able to get around the island using the local bus, for which the bus stop really close to the hotel .
