Sea View Beach Hotel

We had an excellent time at the Sea View Beach Hotel! We only stayed for one night but we had a wonderful experience and hope to be back! We enjoyed our time on the black sand beach. This property is toddler friendly - We were thankful that the pack-n-play was set up upon our arrival. We also enjoyed our experience at DoDo's Restaurant - Just a short walk down the street.

Great stay . I was little concerned reading the average reviews. But please do not go by the reviews. It is a great place to stay if you’re in Santorini. Away from the crowd. We stayed there for 3 nights. Has all the facilities like swimming pool, great breakfast buffet and the staff are really lovely. Dimitra greeted us every day with smile. She is very helpful. Arranged airport transfers for us. They have a restaurant with good food. Beach is just across the road. Public transport is round the corner. You can relax on the beach chairs for free if you’re a hotel resident, and drinks can be served to you. If you’re bored of eating in the hotel restaurant there are various other options nearby. You’ll never get bored. I watched the sunsrise from the hotel beach restaurant. Great experience. Want to thank Anna,Riverio ,Spiros , Stella, Christina for making our stay relaxing and something to remember by. I am sorry if I missed few names. I will definitely come back to this place, if I come back to Santorini. And this feedback is the only honest feedback for the hotel. The towels and bed sheets can be upgraded. Then worth more stars definitely.

The man who owns the hotel and his boyfriend were a very nice couple. They assisted ys with all we needed and gave us advices about the island activities. Generally was a quite place. There was a big pool and just 20 meters from the sea. Probably will be back at this hotel

Stayed af this recently "refurbished" hotel with 6 other friends who had stayed their previously. Given a room which had not been renovated. The website only shows the newly fitted out and decorated rooms - avoid rooms 13 (particilarly poor) and 14. The hotel is advertised as adults and children over 14 only but every day the pool was full of children aged 5 or 6 - apparently relatives of the staff. Breakfast was average unless you particularly rubbery eggs and overcooked cocktail frankfurters. Dinner was poor as several meals were cold or not what was ordered. This was raised with the onside manager who confirmed that she was aware of issues with the food. Best avoided - there are many better restaurants nearby.

The crew are awesome, they made our afternoon at the restaurant. Friendly and fast service. Food was great, could add more shrimp to the portion . Drinks were awesome, I enjoyed the sunbeds and tranquility at the beach. The rates are very fair as well.

This hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were exceptional. They were super friendly from the minute we arrived to the time we left. They couldn’t do enough for you and were knowledgeable about the area and helped us with booking things. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily. The room had a small kitchenette area with a fridge and the basic utensils, but other than a spot of breakfast on the balcony, who would want to stay in a hotel room when the surrounding areas are so beautiful? The area of Perivolos is a perfect base for exploring the island but away from the crowds. Just 15-20 minutes from the airport, the hotel is right on the beach with its own restaurant attached. The food was great and reasonably priced. The hotel has its own sun beds that are free for guests to use and Chris and the Team will bring you any food or drink you want throughout the day. If you want to explore the island, there are buses from just outside the hotel or hire a small car/ATV. Reception helped us book one and had it delivered to the hotel for us. You can visit Fira and Oia for the touristy bit but they are really busy with cruise ship passengers during this time of year. My recommendation for watching the sunset would be to head to Akrotiri. All in all, I cannot praise this hotel enough. One of the best holidays. Highly recommend
