Amaryllis Hotel

This hotel was fantastic just a minute or so from the black beach. A family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The pool area was small but again clean and a really sun strap! Breakfast was wonderful with lots of freshly prepared options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant where we experienced fantastic pizza and Greek food. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 3 days and this was a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants, and bus stop to go to Fira or Oia. Costas was a wealth of knowledge and help for all things to see and do. Great restaurant on site and a nice continental breakfast. Beautiful pool area, Clean as well.

I booked our first trip to Santorini for my husband’s birthday, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30 in the evening to a very friendly and warm reception, I am disabled so we were given a ground floor room with a beautiful all in shower and large balcony. The room was clean fresh & bright flowing the theme of using drift wood for the light fixtures pictures ect everything is in beautiful distressed white. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, breakfast is served in the dinning room which has bi-folding glass doors which are opened all day giving a great view of the swimming pool and seating area where you can take your coffee ect outside to enjoy the sun. The is a on sight restaurant which serves the most fabulous food but be warned tho with a good appetite the portions are high and the bring you dessert and raki or ouzo free of charge!! The hotel and restaurant all run by the same family who a so friendly nothing is too much trouble from the housekeeping staff to reception to Marco in the restaurant to Mama in the kitchen who is definitely a feeder( you have been warned) lol. We couldn’t have had a better experience if we had tried and I’m so glad I book this hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Parrisa and the great thing is I think it’s the only place in Santorini that is flat!!! We stayed at the amaryllis hotel for 5 nights and it was a clean and cosy family run hotel. We had a ground floor room that overlooked the pool which was very clean and airy and plenty of space (could of done with a long mirror) . The breakfast had a few changes each day and lots of choice. We also ate at the attached restaurant the Veranda with lots of choice and big portions and tasty chicken gyros. If you go, ask for the special dessert very light and tasty. Kostas the manager went out of his way to make our stay special, helping us with all the questions we asked and giving recommendations, he is a credit to the hotel. The bus stop was 2 minutes up the road and goes straight to the capitol Fira very convenient and cheap to get around Lots of other restaurants around and a 5 minute walk to the beach

We stayed at Hotel Amaryllis for a few nights. Great place to stay. So friendly. Nothing is to big to ask. Very accommodating. We ate at Veranda as well. Wonderful food. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a few changes daily. Our room overlooked the pool off the balcony. They were great with directions as well. aryllis I would stay again.

Stayed with Hubbie and 2 friends. Staff are really friendly and keep the hotel nice and clean. Rooms are clean and comfy. Our balcony looked onto the mountain. Breakfast buffet was delicious with some changes daily (cake/eggie bread etc). Close to beach to be able to see sunrise or go to the many restaurants. Staff helped us book a boat excursion to volcano and other islands, thermal spring and are happy to help with any queries we had.
