Bit of a praise sandwich....The positives of this place are that the rooms were large and cleaned every day. The pool was clean and a decent size, the beds were plentiful, and had umbrellas for shade. The aircon in the rooms was good although our unit was positioned with a curtain pole in front which blocked the outflow so every day I had to move the vents to bypass this. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss and rarely worked after 10 pm, The electricity only worked when the key was in the slot so when you were out of the room nothing could be charged (phones, etc.) cause the sockets were off. The walk to the beach was at least 20 minutes and in the heat that's a lot walking along the beachfront was nearly impossible due to the stones. yes, it is a short walk to the beach but there's absolutely nothing there You have to go into Kamari to be amongst people, restaurants shops, etc. The staff although friendly enough certainly did not utilize the area there could have been an offer of drinks service or tasty lunchtime snacks for people staying round the pool. Only one day did we buy a soft drink there it was 12 euros for 4 Fantas so went to the shop instead and bought them for a third of the price. The breakfast in a word was rank, the coffee machine worked intermittently, nothing was chilled, eggs looked like they had been cooked the night before, butter was melted, milk for cereal was warm and there was not even a toaster. I did not eat breakfast once during our whole 9-day stay. Finally, on the day we checked out we were allowed to keep one of our rooms the entire day until our cab arrived at 5 pm this made our last day so stressfree and we are very grateful for this kind and helpful gesture.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, both for 2 weeks stays. I honestly could not fault the hotel or the staff. It is a small family run hotel and everyone of them are all very welcoming and friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. Do not miss out on their greek nights on a Friday night. Keep up the good work! Hopefully will be back again

Check in was quick and easy this family run hotel is excellent rooms were nice and big with air condition breakfast was lovely pool area was very clean great customer service close to the beach look forward to going back with my family thanks!

Il prezzo è molto competitivo se si considerano gli standard di Santorini. La posizione però risente della vicinanza dell'aeroporto. Praticamente atterrano gli aerei a poca distanza e anche dalla spiaggia si assiste a continui atterraggi. La spiaggia limitrofa è piuttosto scadente, rispetto al tratto contiguo di Kamari che offre molti stabilimenti balneari a prezzi però non molto accessibili. L'ideale infatti è prendere a noleggio un'auto e scoprire le altre spiagge di Santorini. Per quanto riguarda il residence le stanze sono carine e pulite, la piscina è molto confortevole e dotata di comodi ed eleganti lettini con ombrellone proprio sopra di essa. Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza e ad indirizzare il cliente verso i migliori servizi dell'isola. La colazione è ottima e abbastanza completa, con assortimenti vari di dolciumi, uova e becon, frutta e verdura, cereali ecc. É presente un comodo minimarket nelle vicinanze e un grande parcheggio per ogni evenienza.

È la prima volta che scrivo una recensione negativa, spero sia utile a qualcuno che valuterà di soggiornare in questa struttura. Le foto che trovate su booking NON RISPECCHIANO assolutamente quanto abbiamo trovato. Hotel mediocre, molto datato 300 metri dal mare, perlomeno la discarica di Kamari perché il centro dove si trovano tutti i lidi è almeno ad 1 km a piedi. Le camere non sono sicuramente quelle che si vedono in foto, l angolo cottura che si vede in verità non è utilizzabile perché non ci sono i fornelli. Quindi si è costretti a cenare fuori oppure da loro. La colazione è imbarazzante, per non parlare della pulizia. Ho lasciato 5 centesimo per terra e ci sono rimasti per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il titolare Dimitri, cafone ed arrogante. NON LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE c'è sicuramente di meglio allo stesso prezzo.
