The sunset from the caldera view is best ever! I've been to Oia and watching the sunset, but it will never be as good as sunset view from Kafieris View. Walking is tough if you bring luggage. Easily accessible with foods, shopping and transportation. Safe for solo traveller and good price with the view.

It is a little far to get there if you don’t rent a car. Hotel is good for its cheap price although it is not soundproofing. Around 15 mins walk to theirs bus station where u can take a bus to popular destinations.

超級無敵的位置，就在大網紅“藍教堂”上面5米處。壯麗的懸崖日料景緻。房間乾淨整潔，服務員也挺能幫手的！

위치 피라마을 중심부와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 태라스에서 보는 노을은 정말 끝내줬습니다. 그치만 숙소가 너무 습하였고 물이 정말 안빠집니다. 뷰는 끝내줬습니다

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. He offered us an upgrade and gave us great recommendations for excursions and meals. We booked a sailing tour through him and had a wonderful time. We were also offered room service breakfast. The only downside was the very small bathroom and shower. He was very polite and understanding when we checked out 15 minutes late and helped us set up taxi service to the airport.

View was spectacular especially at sunset - from my room on the balcony and also from the terrace. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff helpful. Location excellent to square and to the walking path to Fira (15 minutes) and Oia (2 hours). Small room/bathroom but adequate. No bedside tables or outlets. Will need transfer ride from/to port. Mine was 30 euros. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice terrace with amazing views and a nice small pool.

First time in Santorini, stayed for 3 nights at Kafieris View.. it deserves the name as the views are incredible, felt like you were on top of the world and didn’t want to come down. Was worth it for the view alone but in addition: pool was refreshing and we had rooftop pool area to ourselves almost always; our room was compact but easily enough space for two of us for three days, it was also clean with good air con and breakfast on the balcony each morning was the best way to start the day - great selection and enough to last us for lunch too! Yes the property is up a hill but it is an easy 10minute walk from everything you need and it was nice at the end of a busy day to come back up to peace and quiet. Nikos the owner was always friendly and helpful - sent us videos explaining where everything was as we arrived late and gave us great directions and recommendations of places to see and an excellent restaurant for dinner, contactable at any time. I loved Santorini and 3 days was not enough so I hope to come back and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Very small triple room and very basic, not even any crockery or cutlery. Not the best view and we were promised a great view! Tv didn’t work. Breakfast came in a box to the room and not much variety from day to day. Balcony was tiny overlooking a car park. No room for three of us to sit outside. Room was clean. Location was near amenities but a very steep hill so no good for those who struggle with mobility Small jacuzzi on roof top but couldn’t use as absolutely full of flies and freezing cold. Accommodation does not look anything like the photos unfortunately!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of traveling to Santorini in September and staying on the famous caldera side of the island. I booked my stay with Kafieris Blue Studios in the village of Firostefani (conveniently located between Fira and Oia) and was so pleased!. Reviews can make or break a place and expectations at times can be unrealistic. But this hotel left nothing to be desired in my opinion. The accommodations were exceptional and the service was nothing less than outstanding. Family owned and run and they are at your beck and call night or day. John met us at the airport and quickly transported us the short drive to the hotel. Another staff member (also) John carried all of the luggage down the steep steps (cliff side norm) to the hotel!! Kiria Eleftheria (owner) was incredibly welcoming and accommodating on all requests. The facilities were perfect, clean and spacious. The pictures you’ll take will be endless. Daily breakfast is served poolside with beautiful views of the ocean and caldera. And the sunsets, WOW! Just magnificent!!! Highly, highly recommend! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

The most AMAZING views overlooking the caldera in a quiet clean hotel located only a short walk from the noisy busy centre of Fira - and yet this is an oasis of peace! We were welcomed at reception with 5* service and helpful tips/recommendations for places to eat and shop for supplies. Excellent breakfast served in our room - this is one of three places we have stayed on Santorini and it is without question the place we will book on our next trip

I got a room with balcony which was the only good thing about this place as the view is nice. It however lack of privacy and staff was rather rude. On my first day, 29/8/22, not even 5 min after getting into my room I was told off by rude staff to put down the music volume as "other guests have to rest " , as if I was not a guest myself. The music was not even loud but the walls are thin and I also could hear people talking around from other rooms. The rooms are not that clean, and feels more like a hostel in and old house. I bet you can find better options for same price.

First beginning with the positive, the breakfast was good and definitely a nice addition. The main highlight, however, is the views from the rooms and especially from the hotel terrace where you can go and have breakfast or just sit to watch the sunset. In this hotel you are really paying for the location and the views of the caldera. I would even argue that this specific hotel potentially has one of the best views in the whole island. However, the bathroom was way too small, including the shower which has a poor design which caused water to spill everywhere and the shower curtain is sticking on you due to lack of space (quite nasty). There are no electricity plugs in the bathroom, so if you want to use a blow dryer in front of the bathroom mirror, not the hotel room for you. Finally, we were charged tax at the end despite having already paid it through *********** according to booking confirmation. Overall the hotel staff was very friendly and hence it was a mixed experience. If the bathroom was bigger and the shower was bigger and better designed this hotel would be improved substantially.

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf eine Lage an der Caldera zu einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis legt. Unser Apartment Nr. 6 hat Blick auf die Caldera und einen privaten Whirlpool ca. 32 Grad warm. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und wir haben prima geschlafen. Es gibt leider nicht viel Platz für die Kleidung denn ein Schrank fehlt. Das wichtigste kann aufgehängt werden. Wir haben immer Reisekleiderbügel dabei. Das Bad ist klein aber die Dusche sehr zweckmäßig und groß. Auch hier fehlen leider ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen. Netflix TV ist vorhanden. Ab und zu gibt es mal Stromausfall aber immer nur kurz. Frühstück kommt zu einer ausgemachten Zeit aufs Zimmer in einer Box. Sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Der Kühlschrank bietet Platz für einige Getränke und Lebensmittel. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Es gibt extra große Badetücher für den Pool auf der Dachterrasse der aber nicht geheizt ist. Unser kleiner Whirlpool war viel schöner und konnte auch nicht eingesehen werden. Die ganze Lage ist super und sehr ruhig. Wenn abends alle zum Sonnenuntergang pilgern, konnten wir dieses von der Terrasse aus bewundern.
