Lemon Tree Houses

It is an attractive series of individual units, around a nice pool, that contain most items necessary for self catering holiday, in a peaceful setting with a good view towards the edge of the Ano Meria village. Breakfast is generous. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bus stops outside, the mini market is a 12 minute walk and stocks most things you need. We walked to the Chora and caught the bus back and also to Agali beach along the road to the Chora, an attractive walk, and then down the steep hill to the beach, also attractive. We then walked back up the steep hill (harder), and walked back to Ano Meria. This stretch is also steep, and the next time, we decided to get the Chora to Ano Meria public bus, from the stop on the main road. Lemon Tree is one of the more expensive options on Folegandros, but I do think it represents value for money, given quality, peace, facilities etc.

Fantastic little hotel. Calm, quiet and luxurious. Amazing service from Maria. We stayed in the Mezzanine villa, perfect for our family of 4. the location is best enjoyed with a rental car, and Maria arranged that for us on arrival. We would love to come back!

I booked last minute a trip to Folegandros a Lemon Tree Houses after some extensive travel and needed for a place to relax, work and enjoy Greece. Originally I booked for 9 nights but after 36 hrs from my stay at this gem of hotel I decided to extend further for a total of 21 nights stay! I guess this sets the scene for how much I loved it. The property itself is what a boutique hotel is about: attention to detail in the way the spaces are thought about and designed. Space (40 sqm room!), tasteful interiors, comfort and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. Each house (5 in total, so it's a blissful small affair not a big hotel) has a private outdoor space, a handy kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare a small meal or snacks/coffees, lounge area, incredibly spacious bathroom and comfy bed area. I'd like to mention I had the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. The energy of the place and it's surroundings makes sleep and relaxation somehow possible! The place is run brilliantly. Athanasia, Maria and Cedric not only looked after me but also made me feel at home. Such friendly, professional and lovely team, they are the best example of the amazing, warm and kind Greek hospitality. No is not an answer for them and they were always super resourceful on helping with anything I might have needed - from vehicles rentals to any sort of tips related to a long stay. Honestly, I could have not had a better experience. I will definitely come back, thank you Lemon Tree houses for having me in your beautiful boutique hotel and for making me feel so welcome and at home.

Thank you once again for a perfect stay at Lemon Tree Houses. I love the tranquility, the stylish accommodation, the views, the superb generous breakfasts and the individual attention you provide for your guests. The individual villas make the place quite unique and it never feels uncomfortably busy. Although in a quiet location, I used the local bus service to get into the chora (15 minutes away) rather than car hire. Thank you, Maria and Athanasia - I hope to return.

Nous sommes revenus dans ce bel hôtel dans lequel nous avions déjà séjourné en 2019. Rien n’a changé, le personnel est toujours aux petits soins, agréable, et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est toujours autant délicieux, varié et complet.

Boutique hotel costituito da alcune villette con al centro una piscina completamente attrezzata. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio e molto funzionale con un terrazzino con vista mare. Si trova a pochi chilometri da Chora (il villaggio principale) ed è estremamente tranquillo. Un grande valore aggiunto è il servizio offerto (dallo shuttle al porto, ai consigli, a tutte le esigenze che possono intervenire). Da menzionare la pulizia di tutta la struttura, la gentilezza del personale e, in modo particolare, la prima colazione molto ricca e variata. Da consigliare assolutamente se visitate Folegandros.
