Kokkinos Villas

Was a quaint and beautiful place to stay during our time in Santorini. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and eager to please and gave great recommendations. The breakfast each morning was an added bonus and very fresh and yummy. It was on super steep hill so if u have issues with mobility or stairs this may not be place for you.

An absolute gem. 💎. This place oozes family warmth and hospitality. We had a beautiful suite with two separate rooms for a family of 4 - the kids are 20/18 yrs old - and had plenty of space. The AC, the amenities. The view were all superb. Also. The breakfast just awesome. The owner gave us great advice as to where to go and was very helpful with organizing anything we asked for. Although a 15-20 minutes - without traffic - ride into Fira. I feel it is ideally located to be able to still feel like you’re in the action while having the luxury of being secluded. The hotel is well maintained. It feels brand new and pool exquisite. I highly recommend Thanks from Montreal, Canada

Great place, very nice and big rooms, with amazing Caldera's view. Very good breakfast and staff very polite, always ready to satisfy every needs. Facilities are also very good. Price fair, excellent value for money

Many of the reviews mention the stairs and if you take one thing away with you from this fabulous location it'll be well-worked calves! We had booked for just one night because we were island-hopping and wanted somewhere with a view for the final night before our flight. What a view. Oh my goodness...what a view. The owner upgraded us on arrival so rather than a two-bedroom apartment we got a two-bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. Did I mention the view? It was stunning. Actually, considering we were literally in and out inside 18 hours, the owner could not have been more hospitable. There was a free bottle of wine, a free lift into town, a recommendation for a restaurant that turned out to be the best place we went all holiday and in the morning he drove his minibus down the cliff road so that we didn't have to drag our bags back up the hill to meet the taxi. All of this and he refused every single offer of a tip from us. If you're looking to stay somewhere that will take your breath away both literally and metaphorically then I cannot recommend Kokkinos Villas enough.

We have just left after 7 days here. We had the jacuzzi room and the best views. The staff have been super friendly and very helpful. The village is a 5 min walk from the hotel and a bus stop just outside to take you to Fira (1.80E) We will definitely be back! Thank you Kokkinos

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Kokkinos Villas in Akrotiri on Santorini Island. The room itself and the view from the room exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean and well-designed. The views of the Aegean Sea and the Caldera were amazing. The pool area was very nice as well, but we spent most of our time exploring Santorini (rented a Quad one day and a car the next day). The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was well-organized and delicious. My wife and I will definitely stay here again when we visit Santorini.
