Apart from the location, this hotel definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect, the room is beautiful furnished and big with a private pool and garden. The service was nice and warm , they were really passionate about telling the best way to travel in Santorini. Of course the cleanliness was good, I stayed for two nights and they cleaned up our room spotless. Breakfast was delicious and good looking, they let us to choose the style and personalised food. The breakfast will be sent to our room by choosing time from us, this is a great morning call as well. I would highly recommend this hotel as the price and service is a very good deal. One small thing to improve is the location, there is a bus stop 3mins walk but not showing in google map. Could be better if they have free shuttle bus to Fira or airport.

Hotel located in a good and quiet area just 2 minutes walk to bus station, with amazing breakfast and stunning view. The room is clean and tidy, staffs are so friendly and helpful and we got a little warm souvenir when we check out, highly recommended.

가격대비 숙소가 아주 좋습니다! 아직 성수기가 아니라 조금 싸게 숙소를 예약할수있었는데 정말정말 만족했습니다 ! 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 아침식사를 숙소까지 직접 가져다주십니다 !! 정말 만족 ! 아침종류도 세가지 중 하나 선택할 수 있고, 체크인할때 섬에 대한 전반적인 설명도 다 해주십니다 ! 다만 숙소주변엔 볼것이 거의 없기때문에 가격이 싼것같습니다! 낮에 다 나가있느라 자쿠지이용을 못했습니다. 밤엔 따뜻해지지 않습니다 ㅠ

The Altera Pars Suites is a very nice hotel, and within walking distance to a mini mart, restaurants etc. We stayed 2 nights there and enjoyed the room, the morning breakfast etc.. The only reason for taking off two stars was an incident at checkout. I accidently knocked a very small vase over off the table in our room and it broke just as we were leaving. The lady at the front desk spoke to the manager and he charged us $30 euros for it which I thought was a crazy price, I expected to pay for it but nowhere near that much..... They tried to explain that the next guest's experience would be affected by this vase not being there lol. This incident just left a bad taste in my mouth and it is the type that ensures that we will not return to this hotel on our next visit to Greece.

The Altera Spa is a fantastic place to stay. Eleanor the lovely lady on the desk is an amazing lady who is very knowledgeable of the Island and helps with any issues or requests you might have. The Suite we had with own pool was amazing and cleaned every day. Best place I have stayed so far in Greece. The location is in the middle of the island and is in a residential area so in easy reach of everywhere. Fira was 7 mins in a car and very easy to reach infact everywhere was easy to reach. There are some places to eat in walking distance but a car I would say is very necessary and helps you see this amazing Island. There is aircon and a safe in the room, no cost as well as everything you need to make your stay very good. Can't fault the place or the staff. 5 stars

I haven't visited Altera Pars Suites, but some friends wanted me to write this review on their behalf. '' It was a pleasant surprise to see, how Greeks can combine luxury with tradition, in such a professional way. The property, the stuff, the view, the location. One word can describe our experience. Excellent. ''

The breakfast was very nice everything else wasnt :(. The staff was really unfriendly and wasnt able to communicate in english the room was smelling really Bad like Toilet the carpet in the room was all wet. The room was dirty the view was Not as described . We saw a street/parkinglot and a junkyard. Its facing the Morning sun Not the sunset. We moved to another Hotel After the first night because its way to expensive for what they can offer. Yes you have your own Pool and yes it has a nice interior design but Not worth the cost. At least we got Most of the money back.

Recently stayed here with my girlfriend for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing. George and all the staff were fantastic, couldn’t do anything more to improve their service. Our apartment/room was well presented and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and plenty of choice - I’m quite a picky eater and they even catered for that! Definitely recommend the ATV/Buggy rental, if booked through Altera Pars they drop it off and pick it up from the hotel. Also highly recommend the sunset cruise, again offering travel to and from if booked through the staff in reception. Couldn’t of had a better stay, great location too. Highly recommend, I’m sure we will be back in the future!
