I had a reservation for December 13 it was something urgent because my flight was canceled and we needed an urgent place to spend the night, we booked December 12 and December 13 before arriving at the hotel we called to confirm the reservation. We ran almost 4 hours to get there we arrived at about 9pm. When we arrive at the reception they tell us that they no longer have a place. One of the receptionists wanted to help and give us a room anyway we had to leave for the airport at 5am, but the other guy just said there is no availability. It was a horrible experience and very frustrating not knowing where to staying and so late at night, all because the staff did not tell you that there is no place AND ALSO WHEN YOU CALLED TO CONFIRM.
