位在市中心，早餐不錯，有電梯。不過，週末，窗戶外有人狂歡經過，需要戴耳塞才睡得著！

サンティアゴ・デ・コンポステーラ付近の宿で、この綺麗さならばかなりお手頃価格だと感じた。ホテルのスタッフも優しく対応してくださって、かなり良かった。(チェックイン前の荷物の預かりやトイレの案内等)

Bedbugs in the room. We had to leave first hour, our bodies full of bites. Not even an apology from the staff. From their reaction, it seemed as they already knew about the problem. Worst hostel I've been in my life. Please be safe and sleep anywhere else.

Having completed the Camino, we thought that we should stay for several days to relish the experience! What an excellent choice of hotel! The very friendly and helpful staff made our stay delightful. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. Good amount of space and storage. The location is very central indeed. The cathedral and airport buses were very close to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and very good value. However, this hotel may not be for the light sleeper as there are bars etc in close proximity, some of which do not close until the early hours. This did not effect us as we enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience. Once again, the excellect staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Smart little hotel in the historic district . Friendly helpful reception. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. Bathroom was a good size but needed updating and regrouting for this reason I haven't given the hotel a 5 . Toiletries and Hairdryer . TV and good WiFi. Breakfast was excellent for the price, good selection. Tea was available all day without extra charge. The bus stop for the airport is 10 minutes walk , or a 20 minute walk to the main bus station and train station . We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a lift .

Wow! Just wow! What an awful experience. After walking 40km to finish my Camino one would think you could fall sound asleep anywhere, not here. There is a bar right below the rooms that is open until 5 am. It is so loud. The hotel provides earplugs, but even those did not help. The streets are narrow and the noise echoes and amplifies. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are very flat. The room decor is nice, but that can hardly make up for the COMPLETE lack of sleep. The staff was not very helpful at check in and after the terrible nights sleep I knew I could not stay here a second night. With no hope of refund I have booked a room elsewhere for the next night…I need some sleep. If noise does not bother you then this is the place for you, but otherwise I would seek elsewhere and sleep peacefully.

This hotel has a good location, it is well kept your plug, the rooms are also nice; however, unfortunately it is on top of a bar that closes at 4:30 in the morning so we were not able to sleep till 4:30 in the morning. No wonder why they provided earplugs!!!

It‘s a lovely place to stay when you arrive in Santiago after days of walking on the camino. Very friendly service and clean rooms. However, you cannot sleep at night because of the partying noise next door every night until 5 a.m.! Complaints to the hotel management about it are ignored.
