Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (4 x 10 m, 45 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Das Haus ist brandneu und architektonisch sehr gelungen. Die Konzeption der Villa mit heizbarem Pool und Spa bieten auch an Regentagen eine perfekte Alternative und einen erholsamen Urlaub.Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich.
