Not trustworthy!! Booked this place in March 2024 for arrival September 2024, I had an e-mail confirmation number but when we arrived was told I did not have a reservation. I proceeded to show him the e-mail confirmation, at this time was told we have a problem, he has no rooms. Then he tried to have me go to his cousins place, we refused, and sought other accommodations. Booking here is a roll of the dice, maybe you get a room or maybe its a bait and switch top the cousins place....

The place has no drinkable water. There is no access to the kitchen. Parking and breakfast are fend for yourself. There is no laundry. The building is not up to fireside. No smoke detectors or fire equipment. No balconies or gardens. Its a basic room and forget about houseboats etc they are non existent. I am here now 8/9/24

Stayed here last week for 4 nights and it was absolutely delightful. A real little gem and the welcome from Filippo couldn't have been more generous and helpful. We were travelling by train and it's just a short stroll to the station to nip to Taormina or further afield (was only a couple of hours to Palermo by train for a day trip). Filippo insisted he drive us to Taormina on the first evening we arrived as it was getting late in the evening. St Teresa Di Riva is a lovely little town with everything you need in terms of shops and has some excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. Every day we had fresh drinks, water, croissants and delightful fresh Sicilian pastries left in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Couldn't recommend any higher for its hospitality and welcome.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Villa Teresa B&B dal 13 al 16 settembre, il proprietario Filippo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Quando ha visto i bambini ci ha subito proposto un cambio camera per essere più comodi, ci ha offerto dei dolcetti delle bevande. E' davvero una persona gentile. La camera spaziosa, ideale con dei bambini, con angolo cottura ed una zona per mangiare. Non lussuoso ma comodo e con tutto il necessario. Per la colazione ci si reca poco lontano in un bar, anche lì le ragazze molto gentili e disponibili a trovare sempre una soluzione per i bambini, da provare la granita con panna e brioche. Siamo stati davvero bene ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Che bello essere stati in un posto dove qualche anno fà ero già stata ma questa volta sono stata con una mia cara amica, ci siamo sentite a casa, il sig. Filippo una cara persona, la sera ci coccolava con dolcetti freschi e fantastici ,la struttura accogliente e pulita.. da ritornarci !!!!..grazie di cuore!

Villa Teresa ottima struttura, situata vicino al mare. Presenta delle camere bellissime, ordinate, pulite. Il signor Filippo, titolare della Villa è simpaticissimo e molto accogliente: in camera abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti. L'anno prossimo sarà sicuramente da ripetere questa vacanza, perché ci siamo trovati benissimo anche nei vari locali dove abbiamo avuto modo di mangiare: focacce,pizze.....e granite gustose!!! Che prelibatezze . Evviva la Sicilia ❤️.

Si trova un un posto molto comodo per il mare. Il parcheggio libero si trova di fianco la villa. La colazione viene servita in bar vicinissimo cin granita e brioche squisite. Il titolare ogni sera ha fatto trovare in camera acqua e pasticcini. Veramente consigliato.

il Proprietario di Villa Teresa il Sig. Filippo, che ringrazio di cuore, ha reso il mio pernottamento una vera coccola di gentilezza e disponibilità; sempre a disposizione, generoso e gentile con i suoi dolci pensieri (un vassoio di paste fresche lasciato ogni mattina in stanza). La struttura e gli arredi mantengono l'autenticità ed il fascino architettonico delle ville siciliane del ‘900; location perfetta in prossimità di negozi e di una splendida spiaggia, wifi gratuito in tutti gli ambienti,, aria condizionata per l'estate e riscaldamento per l'inverno e, non da poco, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tornare in stanza e trovare il profumo diffuso, la massima pulizia, un letto comodissimo e i dolcetti siciliani è una vera esperienza dei sensi.
