- no cleaning, you have to ask 5 times if you would like your rooms cleaned (if you are lucky they will do it), ours was only cleaned once in the whole week - we got told you had to pay €5 per beach towel which turned out to not be true as on the one occasion we got our room cleaned they replaced them. - we had no toilet roll for 4 days and had to keep going to reception to get some. - we have had broken glass in our room for 4 days aswell and asked for it to be cleaned 4 times, nobody has come. - on arrival the room was dirty, someone’s razor was in the shower still and a cot was in the room from the guests before and they did not take it away for 5 days. - we also got told different lies about things for example they said rooms get cleaned every 2 days, then another member of staff said everyday and then now apparently they are having issues with their cleaning team. - we also didn’t get served in the italian restaurant, we had to ask for a drink, ask for the menu, ask to order food, then our food didn’t come for an hour so they then told us there was an issue and it didn’t go through, then we waited a further 30 minutes our food was then delivered and our starters were cold. - we had two rooms, one had no bin, no coffe, no water and a dirty room. No one has attended to any of this. - also at check in we arrived at the hotel and got told that we can check in at 16:00, then we got told at 16:00 that check in would be FROM 16:00, we then waited until 19:00pm to go to our rooms . We had been waiting since 13:00pm, so we had to wait 6 hours to be checked into our rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, However they really need to sort out management and hospitality services. As there seems to be none, if you want help with something you aren’t going to get it.
