The Residence
One bedroom apartment (4 people)
(45 sqm) composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom (some of them have two bathrooms).
Apartments all come with a kitchenette, TV and microwave, as well as a furnished balcony or patio. Each apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.
The wonderful beach of Rena Bianca is just 800 m from the establishment.

The Residence is just 800 metres away from the stunning Rena Bianca beach, where you can find beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals, diving centres, cafes and restaurants offering panoramic views of the Bocche di Bonifacio.
From the modern marina you can also take a ferry and reach the near Corsica or the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena.
In the nearby of Santa Teresa there are many unforgettable beaches: La Marmorata, Cala Sambuco, Cala Balcaccia and Baia Santa Reparata.
