A great place in a holiday type area. We were passing by and we’re able to do a late booking. Friendly staff and good room. Just beware of music in the entire area until 11pm/midnight. Great area for restaurants. Supermarkets and entertainment. Everything available just down the road

Overall Very dated. Bathroom and appliances at the end of the of life. Beds awful, corridors awful. Rooms look tired. The pool area poor. Outside the hotel tired. Food choices poor, all inclusive food/drink choices from the bar poor. Would never stay there again, not worth the money

Initially on arrival we just wanted to get back on the coach on go home! We arrived at 11am and were told we couldn’t check in until after 2. At no point was this advised! Hotel was clean and room was excellent but only as a base. We went all inclusive as a family of 5 and yes the food was ok and always warm but that was about it! Hotel was very geared towards every nationality by English and other than 1 lady on reception and 1 guy on the bar during the day, found others very ignorant and dismissive! Room had kitchenette which was great but there wasn’t any cutlery or dining ware supplied. I understand we were all inclusive but when you have children it is still required especially when there wasn’t always an option they would eat! There wasn’t even a kettle provided and we like to have a brew when we get up rather than having to rush down for breakfast! We visited the pool however didn’t actually go in it or spend any time there. It seemed very small for the size of the hotel. We booked a package with Jet2Holidays and didn’t see a rep once nor were our return transfer details displayed unlike every other provider! Cleaner was fantastic and clean/made the beds every day which was a god send. There was no entertainment in an evening or any mini disco for the kids which completely dumbfounded us! We have been to many Spanish resorts and this has always been available even out of season! The hotel really needs to do better

From arriving at this hotel to today waiting to leave we have had a fabulous time. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and make you feel welcome. Special thanks go to Oscar and Marco on the bar, Anna on reception and Paco in the restaurant. The immaculate rooms were cleaned daily and beds made. The towels were as fresh as you wanted them to be with the option of change daily should you wish. We stayed all inclusive and there was something to eat for every taste in the buffet style dining room. The rooftop pool was cold but refreshing with plenty of sunbeds and umberellas available. The is also a pool bar with ample seating but this was not available during our stay. All in all we have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would definitely recommend.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The bed was 2 singles pushed together we had to move rooms the first night as there was kids running up and down the hallway screaming and shouting and throwing stuff at the walls in the room next door. We went to talk to the person on reception and explained what was happening (it was 9.30 in the evening) he was very rude and said we can’t expect a kid to be silent (we didn’t expect children to be silent but we also didn’t expect them running up and down the corridor screaming shouting and the parents just letting them) they moved us to another room which was filthy mouldy 2 beds pushed together fridge was filthy floor was filthy and covered in hair the taps in the bathroom full of limescale, cracks in the ceiling and on the floor wallpaper damaged woodwork damaged. Staff were arrogant when we previously tied to complain and that made us not want to complain to reception I tried to complain through my app for love holidays but no one was ever available to speak. There was no kettle in the room. We put a complaint to the hotel when we got home for the hotel to respond that they disagree with our complaint and that they told us when we arrived that there was a kettle etc available for us to use that’s incorrect we asked and got told if we want a coffee etc we had to use the coffe machine which was 1.80 euro for not even a 200ml drink and for 2 days it didn’t work. We also used the bar bought drinks a female waitress brought our drinks we paid and she walked off with our change and didn’t bring it back. We felt intimidated by this as we only spoke English. I am taking my complaint further as when you see pictures of our room you will see why we were disappointed and for the hotel to say that the room was perfectly fine when it’s actually disgusting.
