Aqua Hotel Montagut Suites

Pleasant hotel, Lovely staff all very polite , Would be nicer if the pool area would be cleaned, the lifeguard is always alert for kids and keeping the pool area safe, Rooms are good not too fancy and not too dated just the average, separate living area. Food is good, tasty and enough for a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner, Prosseco for breakfast and good coffee, must mention that as not all places have a good cup of coffee . Entertainment is great every evening different bands playing life music. Overall it's a great place for a summer break.

We recently stayed at Aqua Hotel Montagut Suites in Santa Susanna, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team, especially Daniel and Eduard, for making our stay so special! 🌟

Lovely hotel quite close to the beach. Voucher for a complimentary drink is a lovely gesture. Room was excellent, very spacious and comfy bed. Really good selection at breakfast but some of the cooked food could have done with being a tad warmer Stayed the night that Spain won the football so it was lovely watching all the celebrations and fireworks. I must give special mention to Daniel. We left our passports in Barcelona so were panicking a little at checkin. Daniel was so professional and empathetic and did everything in his power to sort out our problem which of course he did and ensured we did not miss the boat trip we had booked. It could have been so different so we cannot thank Daniel enough.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is terrific. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has great potential. The half board is atrocious- we sat for 30 minutes without being offered a drink. It is no fun. Reception is rude and slow. Could be great but really isn’t yet.

Just spent a week at this hotel on half board basis. Love room overlooking the pool. Great food and the Head Waiter really helpful First two days great. Then a party of 20 school children arrived. The noise on our corridor at 2.00am in the morning was unbelievable. They were knocking on our bedroom door and running away. Spoke to Reception. They said they would speak to the Teachers. Following night was even worse. They were is the Buffet Restaurant handling all the food. Dropping food on the floor. As we had an early departure on the final day thought we would have an early night. No chance. Was playing games around the pool while midnight. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel but only on the proviso that there wouldn't be noisy kids taking over the hotel

This would have been a 5 as hotel was excellent, however on Wednesday I booked an excursion through the hotel to go on Barcelona Panoramic Tour with Pekin Tours to go on Friday Morning which left at 9.15 am when we got to Barcelona to Gaudi Church the tour guide said be back for 11.50 am we were back for 11.50am but the bus had already left , so when we went back to hotel told them the bus left us in Barcelona explained that we had to walk 6 miles from Gaudi to La Catyluna I was told by Kamilla the receptionist there were closer train stations than that , which I found a pretty poor comment considering I stay in Scotland I would like her to come to Scotland and try an find a train Station so as I explained at the time it wasn’t the hotels fault but given the fact I booked it through them they were willing to do nothing to help me get my 90 euros back which again I thought was pretty poor. Given the fact it cost me £1600 to stay there for a week. As I said at the start the Hotel was excellent food was good staff in general were pretty good and friendly as well

The staff is super nice, and the hotel is so beautiful! Only thing that could have been better would be the food. Also smells super nice when you walk into the reception :-). The pool was also nice, not too crowded, and the beach is close!

Lovely clean hotel. This was my 3rd time there and it just keeps getting better. Staff are very helpful and polite. Beds are comfortable. Food is lovely good choice, so something for everyone. Pool is clean but cold. Entertainment was quite good. It is a good hotel for disabled.

Very noisy. A fridge barely cold, asked the reception if it can be fixed...But they said it's normal (What's more normal than a fridge not cold? Basically,they could not care less). And if you want an ice bucket, they can only provide you with a papercup with ice...Laughable. Breakfast was all right, but you cannot seat where you want, tables are close to each other, so no calm/privacy possible. If you want to have your coffe outside, it's forbidden. (no idea, how it can be rated as a 4* hotel). The coffee is not good but...there's a Nespresso machine "hidden" on the back left of the room...This one is good. Unless you get a very good deal, I wouldn't recommend to stay here, it's a sad joke
