Me and my husband went here for a 10 night holiday on the 21st October the hotel was lovely staff and and cleaners were friendly and helpful and room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given every day the food was average the beach and shops were only a short walk away we couldn't go in the outdoor pool much as it was to cold but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was good

Well RDJ it’s once again been an absolute pleasure to be a guest here. We love spending our annual holiday with you all and it never disappoints. We are writing this sitting on our balcony on our last night, sad to be going home. Not to worry we will be back again in 351 days. All staff are amazing and always there when you need help with anything and nothing is to much trouble. Reception staff were great when checking in and knew straight away we were back once again. They were also a great help when my partner and I needed medical assistance during our first week and we can’t thank you enough for that (hope you enjoyed the chocolates). Restaurant staff hard working as always, and tables were always cleared and soon as a plate was empty. Chefs amazing food and lots of choice even for a fussy eater like myself I always found something. Bar staff amazing, and choices of drinks and cocktails are amazing, they never rest and always have q smile on their face. I still have to say the strawberry daiquiris are the best. Cleaners and pool staff are always friendly and speak every time you see them. I will miss my little chats with the staff in the mornings. Working tirelessly around the clock. That leaves Milan and Nico well those lads are simply the best and made our holiday brilliant day in and day out, wide range of activities and never leave anyone out. Chat to everyone and always have time to listen. Bobby joins in on most activities but I will admit I am that person who keeps telling them maybe tomorrow lol. We hope to see both Milan and Nico next year. My diploma and solid gold medal will be on full display when we get home. Thank you once again to all staff at the hotel for making our holiday once again an amazing one. Enjoy the rest of the season and we will see you in 2025.

Overall we are happy with our stay, we spent 8 nights all inclusive. Double room was a good size with storage and hangers, towels changed daily and bed made. The roof top pool and Balinese beds were fab, so peaceful and relaxing up there, with a good bar service. The door on 5th floor does not open until 10am, some people queued, however we didn't feel this was needed as there were always beds available. Not sure if this would be the case in high season. The main pool had a large selection of sun loungers and daily entertainment, and most loungers were taken by 11am. The bistro lunch menu was a welcome break from the repetitive buffet. Be warned, they bring all your food out at the one time. We were told this had to happen, there was no option to habe starter then main, we did eat here several times, the food was always hot and tasty. The buffet restaurant had a good selection of hot/cold/salad, however it was repetitive and they did appear to have a fly problem in here. There were always flies on all the walls and often on the food. The hotel is minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Santa Ponsa then I would likely return to this hotel, just as many people I spoke to appear to do.
