Ubicación buena, limpieza estupenda, el servicio de buffet deja algo que desear,.

Bel hotel bien situé à coté d'une belle grande plage. Accueil agréable, personnel souriant.Personnel du service restauration très sympa. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas en route.Beau buffet varié par contre je trouve qu'il n'est pas normal que l'on doive payer l'eau quand on paye la demi-pension ! Nous avons était dans d'autres hotels de Majorque où l'eau , les sodas et le vin était en libre service. Juste coté piscine, le fait que beaucoup de personnes réservent leurs transats dès 7 h du matin en posant des serviettes sans être présents, du coup, plus de possibilité de s'installer autour de la piscine après notre petit-déjeuner , la direction de l'hotel devrait l'interdire !

First impressions the hotel is amazing -pool area lovely but no where near enough sun loungers for the summer season. The dining room is really lovely with great comfortable seating but we found it really disorganised. There is only one area serving mains which is against the back wall so sometimes the queue for main food could be 20 plus people long and then you felt rushed as people were queuing behind you! Didn’t find the waitresses very friendly and they spoke no English so we struggled to even order a glass of wine they just shoved the menu at us as they didn’t understand.

Second time visiting this hotel and we thought it was a good looking place the first time , but over the last two years since our visit they have upgraded rooms, restaurant, lounge and reception, so the place is looking great, from arriving at the hotel you have a really nice looking walkway to reception, you are then greeted by a lovely receptionist ( even at 3.30am in the morning) our allocated room was nice and large with lovely big shower, comfy bed ,and was cleaned with towels changed daily, restaurant has a wide range of food, at both breakfast and dinner, so will even cover for those fussy eaters, all that and the team in there looks after you very well, there is also a large lounge with entertainment a few days a week , two pools one inside and one outside both are fantastic, around the pool there are loads of seating with table, and sun loungers for those people that just want to lay back , all this in a great little town with loads of bars and restaurants close by and a fantastic beach, what more can you ask for while on holiday, we will definitely return to this place in the future.

We went as a group of girls for a 2 night stay. On arrival the reception were friendly. Once checked we was able to access the facilities from 2pm. Room was spacious, clean with an amazing sea view The reasoning for me giving a low rating is the hotel is more for German clientele, which we’re extremely rude to us as a group and also one evening a friend of mine was assaulted by a German lady! We was constantly given dirty looks and told to be quiet. The food is not good enough. Cold, bland and not enough variety. Just very odd! Drinks were ok and was good to be served in a glass when first arrived but then got given plastic cups. WiFi isn’t great Rooftop bar should be included in the all inclusive. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend for anyone looking for a weekend away with friends.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming, its location is fabulous, very close to bars, restaurants, lots of shops and a lovely clean beach. Palma is a bus ride away for a couple of euros each. Food is lovely, different every night. Room was clean, spacious enough for me and 2 friends, comfortable beds, amazing view from our room. Indoor pool is a must visit, outdoor pool is cold but inviting. The only issue I had was the internet kept dropping out but not a biggie. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at going to gorgeous Majorca. We are certainly going to be going back hopefully in near future.
