This was our first visit to Majorca, and we went out of season at the beginning of March. The hotel was clean and the apartment, while compact was also clean. Beds were very comfortable. Storage wasnt great a very small single wardrobe no drawers just some open shelving like a bookcase. My husband kept his clothes in the suitcase for the 6 nights we were there.. Not enough storage for more than a week abd especially not for more than 2 of you. There is no where to store cases other than taking up floor space. The self-catering facilities I wouldn't say were adequate crockery was like a kids' tea set tiny little cups. If you like a mug of tea or coffee, bring one with you! No washing up liquid or dish cloth supplied. We ate out for all meals as a result and would normally have breakfast in a self-catering apartment. Definitely upgrade to a sea view as apartments on the other side of the hotel either look at a wall or the flats across the road depending on the floor you're on. Soundproofing isn't great, so I think it will be a bit noisy during peak season. Near the strip, lots of nice restaurants nearby in both directions. The bathroom was a great shower although it has a glass screen and a low tray, which resulted in water all over the floor. All in all, a nice hotel in a good location, but I wouldn't stay here again or visit Santa Ponsa again.
