Where to start? Amazing hotel , Great views Fantastic staff everything you want from a hotel and more. Spent 7 days here in September and have to say anything I read online was blown out of proportion. Food was good what you would expect for all inclusive and cocktails superb.

Second Visit in a Year - Fab Hotel and Staff Returned this year and was off peak so no issues at all getting sun loungers. Paid small extra for the Superior Suite and was pleasantly surprised to find fridge fully stocked with soft drinks and water plus bath robes and slippers. Spacious room and balcony with great view above the entertainment area and pool. Plenty of food for all tastes - if they can accommodate my family they can cater for anyone! Pool is cold but the smaller indoor pool was much warmer. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss. Always a kids disco from 8.30pm and then the main show at 9.30pm for an hour. That’s it really although some of the acts were really good. The Square is literally a 2 min walk away though and their acts tend to start at 1030pm so you can keep the night going just up there. Staff all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Will definitely return again.

Very disappointing, advertised as 4 star but more 3 star. I was very excited on arrival but that excitement soon turned to pure anxiety when I saw my room. Junior suite very dark, no balcony, small. Window view was of a brick wall. Entertainment limited and repetitive. Pool bar small, does not offer hot food, poor choice, restaurant offered a varied menu, food okay, not allowed to take food outside or outwith restaurant. No food available between 5pm and 6.30pm. Jordie Bar very small, queue for a long time to get a drink, small indoor sitting area next to bar. Pool area small and cramped, people reserving sunbeds even though it’s stated that you can’t. One morning I came out and counted 23 sun beds with towels on, but there was only about 5 people next to the pool. Chaotic. Smell of sewage next to drains. Some staff were very lovely and accommodating, others rude and unfriendly. There is a lot of other nicer hotels within the same price range, would not come back here.

Great hotel, was really worried before we came due to bad reviews but pleasantly surprised. Room was great size and beds fine and cleaned daily. Food was really nice usual all inclusive type food lots of choice for everyone. Bars were fine, did have to queue in main bar and could do with another one for older kids and adults. Pool was great separate area for little ones, it was busy but definitely not unsafe we all had a good swim and enjoyed the pool. Did have to save loungers but like that everywhere we weren’t greedy and just had 2 for 4 of us as most of the time kids in pool (age 13 & 17). We got 4 a few days aswell. Pool bar good drinks great service. We didn’t really do the entertainment as have older kids but staff really nice and friendly. The beach by the hotel is rocky but can buy those beach shoes locally also get snorkels as if walk a bit further round the coast 2 mins can dive into and also has steps into sea. Lots of fish and sea life to sea. Good walk into town and along seafront lots of shops and bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend

ARRIVAL After driving from the airport and finding the hotel we navigated to the reception area, check In was easy, however as we had arrived a bit early we were told to use the luggage room to stow our things, we were happy to do this so collected some swim items and headed out to the pool, we couldn't get sunbeds or even a place to sit...more on this later. ROOM 324 After calling back to reception we were delighted to find our room ready, we were all really happy with the room, there is only 3 of us so ample room, inside, there was a luggage/walk in wardrobe with a safe which is free to use. A sofa bed with a pull out bed underneath so our daughter had a large style bed she lay across the two, we rang reception for extra pillows which arrived on time for a siesta. Separate bedroom with typical Spanish layout , two single beds, side tables with pull out drawers large mirror and seating area. Sockets on both sides. Bathroom again your typical Spanish style bathroom sink, toilet, bidet and a bath with over head shower complete with stick to your bum shower curtain and a small powered hairdryer. There are a few toiletries in the bathroom, but I'd advise to bring your own shower gel as the soap didn't really get rid of the days suncream. Living room does have a fridge with some drinks in. These are not refilled so once they are gone that's it. TV is on the wall in the living room, no English channels working though. Outside a very large day sunbed so comfy on a balcony that gets the sun all day, small table and chairs, balcony overlooks a garden style area and the lift from the street, you can see the pool and the sea. POOL AND SURROUNDINGS Oh dear me...I'm sorry to have to agree with everyone's posts on this pool, it's a terrible design and if you're not part of the 6 am club then you will not have a chance of a sunbed come 9 am. Pool towels are provided by the hotel which was fortunate. Now, I've been coming to Majorca for must be 20 years and I've never known a pool area run by such little staff, the lifeguard is doing the job of another worker by collecting people's cups, the way the sunbeds are positioned means you have to walk in-between them, people's clothes get knocked off and trampled into disgusting water as no where has been mopped leading to a slippy surface, the pool bar is quite delapidated and dirty looking. Travelling further down to the said beach, this is used by the locals who aren't very happy to share their space, it's a pebble beach and has a lot of pieces of seaweed and very sharp rocks that jut out of the sea. Further round you can walk and drop down to a seating area with umbrellas and sunbeds, however these will cost you €45. Husband and Daughter had the absolute best time in the sea snorkeling, but buy your snorkel in the UK if you're thinking of doing it. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and well maintained, the food was always warm and there were themed nights but wasn’t much specific themed food. The pools were nice but way too busy and small for the size hotel it is. Additionally the pool area was very crowded and slippy so be careful as it isn’t monitored or often signed. The drinks were okay but the pool bar didn’t open till 11 and even then it was too small for the hotel and even more so because they allowed people from outside the hotel to use it not that that is an issue, but one member of staff wasn’t enough. And the fact that you could only get cold food which wasn’t advertised or clear as to what that meant, was a disappointment as from 10.30 till 12.30 there was no alternative snack bar that all inclusive hotels usually have. The inside bar didn’t open till 5pm which I think is late and if opened earlier would ease the pressure of the other bar and be more convenient for guests. The warm snacks that were advertised for the afternoon were left overs from lunch which sometimes weren’t warm/ hot. The restaurant staff weren’t always attentive and some were not very fast at clearing tables instead just standing around chatting, however some of them worked incredibly hard and I could not complain about them! Overall the hotel is nice but the facilities are not big enough for the size hotel it is. I would recommend it to families as it is a family friendly hotel however expect it to be busy and be up early to get a sunbed! Some staff were lovely and friendly and always working hard and the hotel was kept nice and clean and I had a nice stay however there are things that need to be changed in order to improve the hotel and customer’s experiences.
