I spent a most delightful week there in April 2024. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. There is a continental breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. The cook is more than happy to makes fried or scrabbled eggs or omelette. Staff very friendly.air conditioning in every room. The hotel is across the road from the beach and a short walk to the centre of Santa Maria. Only thing I would suggest is that there should be signs warning guests not to drink tap water.

The room we had with balcony looking out to the ocean was a very good size, the only problem being a new hotel was being built right next door and work started shortly before 8am, so we were disturbed early on. If we had one of the other rooms all of which were further away from the new building I don’t think it would have been much of an issue. Breakfast was pretty basic and in particular there wasn’t any fresh orange juice. Independent places nearby provide much better breakfast at reasonable prices so in future I would only book “room only”. The service was friendly enough but communication was quite difficult due to the language barrier. The whole place was very clean and spotless.

Yo escogí este hotel porque en general las opiniones eran bastante buenas aunque la mayoría eran de hace mas de un año. El hotel me decepcionó bastante. Tenía una habitación grande pero desangelada, el armario muy antiguo, no había cajones. No teníamos agua caliente en la ducha, el dispensador se jabón roto. Suerte que el aparato de aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. El desayuno era muy básico, calidad de la comida justita y cada día lo mismo, con mucho calor porque tenían la climatización siempre sin funcionar. Delante hay una playa y un par de chiringuitos donde comer y el centro está a 7-8 minutos caminando. No tuvimos una estancia buena, no estuvimos cómodos y nos cobraron un 3% más por pagar con tarjeta de crédito. No volvería a este hotel
