Beautiful property with incredible hospitality that no longer exists elsewhere! We absolutely loved the people and the breakfast was delicious every morning! The evening reception was an added perk as well. Everything in Santa Fe was an easy 15min walk and a great location for day trips as well. We met wonderful people here and would HIGHLY recommend this B&B to friends and family!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! We received several text messages ahead of our visit seeking our preferences. That was truly appreciated. The breakfast selections were numerous and delicious! We would definitely return. We also purchased their cookbook

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. A snowstorm blew in during our stay which made for some great scenery. We even stayed an extra day as the freeways became impassible. Most nights we liked setting a fire in our fireplace. We even made s’mores one evening with a kit provided by the Inn. The staff was very helpful and gave us tips about Santa Fe to help us get the most out of our stay. We enjoyed our talks with them and they made sure that all of our needs were met. We were always the first to arrive at 5 PM for wine hour. We also enjoyed meeting and talking to other guests. Every morning was a different breakfast and each was delicious. They even made me decaf coffee, which was available all day along with assorted snacks, cookies, and other items. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

My husband and I took a Spring Break trip to the Bear in March 2025 for a much-needed getaway. We love all there is to do in Santa Fe and had visited the Bear once before with our teenage daughter (Summer Break 2016). This visit was even better than the first! The room was cozy (LOVED the adobe fireplace); the breakfasts and afternoon snacks were fresh, creative, and delicious; and the service was EXEMPLARY! Edith and Aline went SO above and beyond making us comfortable, packing us a personalized picnic basket, and providing local information on everything from hiking to whiskey. We would definitely recommend the Bear to anyone and certainly hope to visit again some day.

My husband and I wanted to get out of town for a weekend, and found the Inn of the Turquoise Bear in Santa Fe. We’d been to Santa Fe before and knew we’d enjoy our weekend, but what we didn't know when we booked was that Alex and Aline would cook amazing breakfasts every morning. Truly exceptional. The historic estate and grounds are well maintained with updated amenities and so clean and comfortable. We will gladly visit Santa Fe again and again just to stay at this Inn, as this experience and the hospitality is unparalleled, even at resorts! We have never been to a bed and breakfast, and now feel spoiled that this was our first experience because the staff truly went above and beyond any of our expectations! If you are wanting to experience the charms of Santa Fe, while eating amazing food and meeting wonderful people, you will find no better place than the Inn of the Turquoise Bear!

We had a wonderful stay and Edith and Aline made our first B&B experience a great one. We loved our large room on the second floor with the balcony nestled in the trees listening to the peaceful birds and the expansive property is surprisingly quiet given it’s right in town. The breakfasts were to die for. If you visit Santa Fe, trust me, book a room here! You will love it along with the staff’s friendly service and attention to detail.

We had a 5-star experience at this beautiful Inn in Santa Fe. Edith & Aline found their true calling and it shows. You quickly feel like part of the ‘family’. The authentic setting and warmth of the property is felt in the common rooms, guest rooms, the grounds, and most importantly in the warm, friendly service they provide. Soon, you all are ‘family’ - enjoying each other’s company during wine & snacks on the patio and at the common breakfast table with amazing breakfasts and interesting conversations. We so enjoyed the quiet, historic setting of this beautiful inn…all just a 15-minute walk from the Plaza. You will not regret staying there!
