Hotel in ottima posizione, tranquillo e con una splendida vista mare. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Le stanze, anche se non nuovissime, sono pulite e funzionali. Un soggiorno piacevole in un contesto rilassante.

Fantastic, beautiful location, superb staff, a joy to stay. We enjoyed one of the recently refurbished rooms which was nice. Only slight area for improvement was dinner but otherwise perfect stay. A special mention to some of the extraordinary staff who really go above and beyond.

Short break to this wonderful hotel. Nice touch of bottle of fizz in our room for our special occasion. Room, food and all areas are great ( think older rooms are being gradually being updated) will definitely be back soon. Hotel is situated ideally by the marina and you can walk all along the flat prom to the other end easily

The setting of this hotel is fabulous . It is a very relaxed atmosphere with stunning views. The room was comfortable, spotless and well equipped . The food was delicious and varied . The only problem was the sunbeds they were very old and not very uncomfortable . the area next to the sea was quite shabby . It is a lovely place to listen to the waves but really needs some work . I would revisit the hotel ,the staff were lovely .

Friendly staff I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, and what always brings me back is the warm staff and excellent service. Pros -hotel is located in a beautiful and convenient position, a short walk into the centre of Santa Eulalia -pool area is very appealing and nice to relax in- a beautiful outlook onto the sea. Only con is the sunbed scuffle, which I will come to later -drinks are fantastic and a reasonable price. Manuel runs a tight ship at the bar and the service is excellent - entertainment- I cannot speak more highly of Dari who went above and beyond to make the entertainment great. His sunny disposition and kindness encouraged all to join in every aspect from aqua aerobics to karaoke. He really is a natural and a real asset to the hotel - Staff- every member of staff was incredibly polite and courteous. They are all exceptionally hard working which is clear on the hotels high standards - Food- dinner has a great selection of dishes from British to Thai every night. All food was cooked to a high standard . We particularly liked the soup every night! - Rooms were quite basic but very clean Cons (only minor!) - there is a real hunger games atmosphere for the sunbeds which is unnecessary as there are plenty which could be moved. Many guests get up before 7am to secure particular sunbeds by the pool. I do appreciate it is challenging for the hotel to enforce these rules without causing a great deal of conflict. - Bedrooms are being updated to more modern. We stayed in one of the older rooms which is great news of a new bathroom and hairdryer! Bed was comfortable!! - Breakfast- it would be good to have a few more options such as smoked salmon and avocado or different yoghurts for those who do not wish to eat a cooked breakfast or meats and cheeses - Atmosphere- we guessed there could be rules about noise, but it would be good to play music in the bar area a little later Top tip -try to book a room on the poolside of the hotel for views and entertainment - If there are no sunbeds available, move or ask a member of staff to move one from the entrance area of the hotel

Recently stayed at the Hotel Catalonia at the end of August 2025. This hotel is a fabulous place to stay and the location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the Marina and many coastal viewing spots. Santa Eulalia town is a 10-15 minute walk away with some lovely shops and sights along the way. There is also a local Spar to get water and any essentials as well as a Mercadona supermarket nearby the hotel. I stayed with my Mum but would happily come along with my partner too. Couples of all ages were staying there as well as families and friends. Everyone we met was welcoming and friendly, including the staff. Next door is the partner hotel with swim up pools which did look modern and clean - the guests staying there eat breakfast at the Catalonia too. Although it looked nice, we were more than happy to stay where we were. Ask for a sea view room on the 4th or 5th floor. Our room was one of the older rooms but we preferred it as we like a bath. The newer redecorated rooms have a walk in shower instead. The pool was cleaned daily (with a water robot!) Sun beds there and along the beach. Some sunbeds were near the entrance to the hotel and not by the pool side. They could probably swap some of these with the tables and chairs around the bar so there are more beds available for guests. If you aren’t an early riser, you’d struggle to get a sun bed round the pool. There is also a jacuzzi pool with a lovely view of the mountains. Comments have been made about the food in the restaurant for dinner but we loved everything we ate. Occasionally some dishes were cold but there was a lot of variety every night, including fish, meat, a salad bar, cheese and biscuits, pizzas or pasta, vegetables. One night was Mexican themed with chilli and nachos and another night they had fajitas. Personally, I am gluten intolerant and there was always something I could eat. Salads were fresh and fruit was always available. Most dishes were labelled with ingredients for allergens but this wasn’t always accurate so remember to double check with the staff and chefs. They were always happy to help. Desserts were also lovely. Not so many gluten free cake options though. Breakfast had a gluten free section with a toaster, bread, biscuits and muffins. Perfect for me - thank you! The daytime entertainment was also great and better than many hotels I have stayed in - special shout out to Dari who was fantastic. I did the Yoga and aqua dance every day which was so much fun. Dari is full of energy and made all the guests smile. Lovely talented guy! They also put on archery, boules and badminton. The evening shows were ok. Watch them if you are up for a sing song! There was also a quiz night and karaoke! Don’t be shy as you will be pulled up on stage to dance and join in. All in all, we had such a fantastic week and will definitely be back next year!
