Perfect hotel. We upgraded to level rooms which were well worth it - great view spotless room. All of the staff were delightful and breakfast was great. Don’t bother with the half board option as the food is bland and very limited choice. Our room was beautiful and had a sweeping view of the bay, but the upstairs level pool was disappointing. Loud music playing most of the day sunbeds packed together and the cocktails from the bar were very disappointing- obviously straight out of a pre mix bottle. The main pool was much better with lots of choices of different places to sit , well spaced out . We would return on a b and b basis

My partner and I stayed in april 2025 for 7 nights . We upgraded to the Level which gives you the benefits of an amazing sea view room with large walk in shower ...super king bed...and a bath tub that over looks the ocean..the rooms were kept spotless every day and the turn down service was amazing ... room 349 fresh towels twice a day and free water. The hotel itself was kept immaculately clean throughout. Whilst we were there we got engaged and the hotel staff helped so much by making it a really special day to remember...I would like to mention Sergio who was so helpful and filmed the occasion and took photos for us as did two of the other members of staff..they also provided free of charge a bottle of sparking rose wine and an ice bucket for the occasion. The service all round the hotel was amazing as was the breakfast . We will be returning in the near future and can't wait. 5*
