Excellent service, good food, clean rooms and hotel in general, the best on the northern coast.

Report favorite for 21 years now. A definite must

I have visited this resort many times and will likely visit again only because of KIKi and the wonderful staff. The Hotel has undergone some upper management changes with management that does not quite understand why people visit a beach resort. I have seen personnel changes that seem completely contradictory to guest satisfaction and a noticeable missing element of the Diamond Club Level of service that is offered at a elevated price. The problem is that the Hotel always seems to be missing some of the most simple things that make the Diamond Club experience incomplete. One example, Tonic water, they are always out of tonic water so if you pay for Diamond Club and your drink is Gin & Tonic , your out of luck. The other issue is the beach bar “ el ranchon” is missing fundamental elements and often closes early even in the warmer months with extended daylight, it’s a Beach Resort, that’s why people visit. I posted photos of the lobby bar and the beach bar for example.

Definitely will go back to this resort. Highly recommended area and staff. Thank you

Cuando hice mi reservacion en Trip.com decían que la entrada al hotel era a las 2 pm,pero cuando llegamos en el lobby nos dijeron que era a las 4pm,por lo que tuvimos que pagar un extra para poder entrar a las habitaciones,deberían actualizar esa información a futuros huéspedes.

Ruhiges Hotel umrahmt von herrlicher Natur und einem Riff direkt am Hotelstrand. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Le site de l'hotel est magnifique avec la barrière de corail a proximité mon seul bémol la grande utilisation des verres de plastiques jetables sur ce site naturel exceptionnel .

We have been so many times to Cuba. To almost every province and many different resorts, and then, last year, we discovered this True Gem of a resort, by pure chance. I LOVE scuba diving and snorkeling and spend very most of my time doing it, trying to spend time as much as I can with my wife as well, sometimes I feel so unfair to her. But she understands, because she knows how much I LOVE being underwater. So.... Last year, in this resort, we discovered most beautiful coral reef in Cuba, right of the beach, guys from scuba center were amazing as well and diving was great, both from boat and the shore. But snorkeling and free diving was just great for me here, and I took probably my best underwater photos ever at this resort / coral reef. Now, point of this post... We came here again this year, exclusively because of the coral reef and most amazing snorkeling, and of course, most amazing people who work at this resort, who made us feel as home. I personally never felt such a connection to the place in Cuba, and strong desire to come back as soon as possible. Well, sadly for me, weather is not good this time, and any diving and snorkeling is impossible, due to the very rough sea. Still, we feel great, and always have something to do, entertainment team is doing a great job to keep the spirits up. But....... This year we were lucky enough to discover another Real Gem here. Listening Marcos Tapanes, literally gave chills to my wife and me, we were more than amazed with this gentleman's voice, we don't remember feeling anything like this before, while listening to someone singing. This God's given talent, is that, one of the many thousands, that stands out. This was where my wife and me looked at each other and thought, "we could listen to this divine voice forever". He took our breath away, blew us out completely. We could listen to him entire day, every day, Don't care about beach, corals, scuba diving, we never heard anything like this before ❤️️ How many Hidden Gems do you people have here??? ❤️❤️️ How many ???

Excellent place - you can snorkel right from the beach. Be mindful of the weather as N or NE wind create very strong current to Havana, the corral reef is huge and you can go there either from the beach or from paddle boat. Diving club is opened , there are good diving on reasonable price Instructors are friendly and very careful. The staff is nice and everybody is doing their best . Food is good with elements of seasonality. Fish - is from the ocean. Activities - every night there is a different show. Not crowded . I was there my 8th trip , there are many repeaters .
