El hotel está es una ubicación excelente y el personal de recepción es extremadamente atento. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el principio. El desayuno es algo limitado, pero todo es de muy buena calidad. Fue una experiencia increíble.

Very good services, very kind staff. Is near the port, shopping areas are very close by. Quiet area around. Everything was clean through the hotel and in the room. Nice lounge on the gound floor. Really recommend the place! Looking forward for the next trip!

Our stay was just...PERFECT! The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was super nice and caring, giving us the most relaxing experience and helping us with suggestions and tips. The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful. We suggest to spend a chill after dinner in the nice terrace. Thank you! Went to experience the carnival and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for: superb location close to amenities, lovely, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and very comfortable queen beds.Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

NH Tenerife far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. The hospitality has gone above and beyond anything that I have experienced before. I lost my carry-on suitcase and Juan P. made sure to help me every step of the way. His genuine concern and professionalism were evident. He persistently called the airline, located online claims I needed to file, and helped support me with my lack of fluency in Spanish. I rarely ever post a review, but Juan P. has worked so effectively and efficiently that it prompted me to encourage others to stay at this hotel for Juan P. In most hotels - the amenities and location are similar, the one OUTSTANDING factor for NH Tenerife is the customer service from Juan P. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience left a lasting impression on me. I highly commend Juan for his astonishing efforts and the hotel for fostering a culture of guest-centric service.
