La posizione ottima ma il prezzo è spropositato per i servizi offerti ma non usufruibili come la piscina. La colazione pessima solo pane, marmellata (non scherzo) e poco altro. Unica nota positiva lo staff gentile ma per il resto da dimenticare.

the worst hotel in the Azores - bar none. no air conditioning. no valet. tv did not work. unhelpful was staff, below average breakfast. we could only bear one night and stayed at the Inatel which was considerably better. Flores however is an amazingly beautiful island as was the side trip to Flores. Later we took the ferry from Horta - Faial to Saint george at dusk which was breath-taking.

Nice hotel. Good price-quality rate. We had a spacious room with balcony with ocean- view and a big bathroom with bath. Convenient facilities: town and airport in walking distance, a gym, swimming pool, restaurant and bar. And very friendly people at the Servicedesk who phoned for a taxi and lent us an umbrella.

The best part of this hotel is the view to the Atlantic Ocean and the proximity to the natural pools, just for this it makes sense to stay there, however, comfort is not included in the price. The mattresses are very old, hard and uncomfortable.As a solo traveler, I wanted at least a full bed and had to sleep in twin beds the two times I stayed there. The breakfast is very poor and basic, not the best quality. It is what it is, I would stay there again just for the view!

We had a great time. The Hotel was clean, had a great view. The girls are very nice and make you feel welcome and very informative. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no where to eat. But over all we had a great time in Flores.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. The property is dated and not in great repair. WiFi is only available in the lobby of the hotel and was spotty at best. The only heat was a small space heater. Beds were very hard and cold and damp feeling. It was raining hard and rain was coming through the windows and making puddles on the floor in the hall. The positive was the incredible view of the ocean from the windows in the room

Situado no centro de Santa Cruz. Hotel a precisar de uma reforma e de manutenção. O pequeno almoço muito modesto e sem produtos locais, por exemplo, banana ou queijo. Não percebo porque é que o tripadvisor exige no minimo 200 caracteres para aceitar a avaliação!!

Pequeno almoço muito incompleto, sem fruta e pouca variedade de alimentos. Quarta a cheirar a mofo e sem qualidade, fios pendurados, cama pequena e com cobertores que só fazem espirrar. No fundo, um alojamento que não é 3 estrelas, deveria estar em obras e não oferece uma boa experiência de estadia. Comprámos fruta no supermercado para o pequeno almoço.

Boa localização, mesmo em frente ao mar, perto das piscinas naturais e a 10-15 minutos a pé de vários restaurantes. Staff simpático! Quarto a precisar de renovação, cama desconfortável e wc também antigo… Pequeno almoço muito básico, sem qualquer inovação (tipo de pão, fruta, etc) durante os 5 dias de estadia.
