We booked the double sea-view panoramic room, which they advertise as “the best room at the hotel” and claim “you can see the Mediterranean Sea without even getting out of bed.” It all sounded great, but when we arrived, we were given a room on level 3. To our surprise, there were huge trees in front of the window, and you could barely see the sea. I’ve attached a photo of the view. We went to the reception, but they told us they didn’t have any other room available. Keep in mind, this is the most expensive room they offer, yet it’s nothing special—just a standard double room like any other in the hotel. They charge a few hundred euros extra only for the view. We had to argue and fight for two days before they finally moved us to a different room, but throughout our stay, they kept insisting that we had been given the correct room initially and acted as if they were doing us a favor by moving us. We’ve never been treated like this at any other hotel. At checkout, they even had the audacity to tell us we should have emailed them before arrival to request a room on a higher floor with a sea view, which we had already paid for! Otherwise, the hotel is a basic 4-star, though they call it “superior,” which it definitely isn’t. The room size is okay, with white walls and limited decor. There’s no kettle or coffee in the room, no iron, and the mini fridge is completely empty. Not everything was bad, though. The food was good; the restaurant was quite small, but everything they served was delicious. The staff at the restaurant and bar were nice, but the reception staff, not so much.

We travelled as a couple and very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was spotless, staff were lovely and always on hand without being obtrusive. Breakfast offered great choice of fresh food. The pool area was very nice. We didn't struggle to get sun loungers but they weren't always in full sunlight just due to surrounding buildings. The location at the far end of town was quiet but offered easy access to town, and the footpaths around the headland. The room was, again, spotless and came with nice toiletries in the bathroom. We would have preferred a double bed (rather than 2 singles pushed together) and tea/coffee making facilities, but these details did not detract from our enjoyment of the hotel. Would return :)

Stayed here for a week with family. The hotel is situated at the quiet end of Cala Millor heading towards Sa Coma so it is a 10/15 min walk to the resort centre. And 20/30 mins to Cala Bona end. There is direct access to the beach which is rocky. The hotel is very modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As other reviews have mentioned the AC is average. We had a sea view room with balcony. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which was missed when you get up early before your food slot. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner food selections were huge and varied. There was no rush to get sunbeds in the morning. We went down around 9:30/45 and there were still loads empty. If you want to sunbath all day then you need to go top left as this area is the only one that constantly has sun and the hotel is in between to high buildings Overall a lovely experience but wouldn’t return - just personal preference to where it’s situated

Incredibly suitable location with excellent friendly staff and food. Relaxed location next to nature reserve but only a short walk into town and not too far to go for next town along. Rooms have plenty of space with a fridge that is handy. Water stations on each floor so take your own containers instead of buying bottled water.

Stopped here for 7 nights. We upgraded to a sea view room on arrival as the room we had been allocated was opposite the restaurant which wasn’t really a great view. We were put on the 7th floor and it was a fantastic view! The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. Food was good, plenty of choice and the drinks were good, especially the cocktails. The hotel itself is very chilled out and has a laid back atmosphere. The pool area is very quiet during the day, could possibly do with a bit of background music to liven it up a little. Plenty of sunbeds available but if you like to be in the sun all day it can be an issue as the tall buildings either side tend to put you in the shade at some point during the day. We went to the beach for the day to avoid this. Two sunbeds down there cost us €7:50 which was fine as the beach is nice and the sea very clear and calm. Evening entertainment was good. Most acts got people up dancing and singing. On the whole, it was a great stay for us. If you want somewhere to go and have a chilled out break, this is the place to go.

Myself and husband booked this hotel 12 months before for our special silver wedding anniversary. The prospect of panoramic sea views which you can see from your bed made it seem idyllic which it certainly wasn't! We had a view mostly of the tops of trees. We me tioned to reception and were just told to "enjoy" we weren't impressed but decided rather than making a fuss we would just make the most of it. The room number was 301 and definitely not worth paying the extra for, there isn't any kettle, or coffee machine the mini bar is only stocked for free if you agree to having your room serviced every other day. The food in the restaurant was very good and as non meat eaters we always had plenty of choice and the staff were all great. The pool area bar was good however the snack bar was poor no vegetarian option at all, my husband mentioned it and was told 'lots of choice, just take the ham off and keep the cheese' ! The pool area doesn't get sun until late morning and by mid afternoon you maybe lucky for it to come round as its shaded by tall hotels. There was no waiter service by the pool and people smoked wherever they wanted. If you hire a car then expect to have to park streets away, the road was always full of cars and we regularly saw police ticketing cars. We had a good holiday despite the above but wouldn't go back. Jet2 were great 👍

Pros - ＞ Modern. ＞ Very clean. ＞ Professional & friendly staff. ＞ Lovely size rooms with a good view of the pool/sea. ＞ Water machines all around the hotel where you can fill up your water bottle. I loved this as I always hate the plastic water bottle waste when you're outside the UK. You get a water jug in your room to refill. ＞ Quality of drinks is good - I’ve stayed in some all inclusives where the drinks are awful, this was not the case here! The cocktails were really nice. ＞ On the beach - would recommend the walk to the castle. ＞ Entertainment at night is relaxed with good quality singers. If this is your thing you’ll like it, if you want something more wild, you may be bored. It suited us fine as we wanted a chilled holiday. Cons - ＞ Glasses & crockery often not the cleanest at breakfast, lunch & dinner. ＞ The amount of sun that the sunbeds get is limited - they don’t really get sun until the afternoon. ＞ Food was very nice quality but a little repetitive at lunch & dinner if you’re all inclusive. I wish the pizza/pasta/chips section was removed at dinner for something more interesting, however I get that some people are fussy eaters so might love that there’s always this food available. ＞ You’re given a window of time where you have to go for breakfast, lunch & dinner. This is flexible but a bit restricting at times. ＞ Pillows and towels a bit thin and mattress harder than I would like. ＞ Walls are quite thin so you hear neighbours fairly easily. Suggestion - install soft close doors. Overall, a nice hotel which I would recommend if you want a quiet relaxed holiday, taking into account the above cons, just needs some small improvements to make it perfect.
