Aparthotel Nereida

Very good, brilliant location friendly staff had a surprise my wife’s birthday a bottle of champagne and two glasses my little one love the swimming pool the hotel is a bit dated but very clean. The food is quite nice and full of choice and the beer is good as well.

After reading the reviews we were nervous about the hotel but we couldn't complain. Hotel was lovely right beside the beach, our ac was leaking and someone came up straight away to fix. San antonio bay is definitely more of a quiet area, Hotel had everything you needed and view was lovely. Staff very friendly and accommodating, rooms cleaned daily and staff helpful with where to go & ordering taxis. I would reccomend again. On the morning we were checking out they opened the restaurant early so we could get something to eat before we left.

Overall this was a good hotel. The photographs are VERY clever and make everything look bigger and more stunning than it is IRL but we did enjoy it. A room with a sea view is a must. We originally had a ground floor room with a view of the road but staff were helpful when we asked to upgrade and they sorted us a seaview room for no additional cost ( although i was prepared to pay). You can then enjoy the amazing sunsets and also see any DJ nights or singers from your balcony. the hotel can be noisy at night due to clubbers using it as a base but it didn't effect our enjoyment. More sunloungers are needed for the pool area. The loungers by the sea were fabulous. Food is buffet style and very nice. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We needed help to work the AC in the room and someone came straight away. We hired a kettle from reception. We were able to book a courtesy room for our last day. The rooms, bathrooms in particular are a little dated. Over all a really lovely holiday.

We have had a lovely weeks stay at Aparthotel Nereida. We arrived late at night and when we initially got into our room (one bedroom apartment), we thought the electrics didn’t work as we couldn’t get the lights to switch on. It seems that the wiring is a bit of a maze and once we worked out which switches turned on which lights, it was fine. The air conditioning is fine, it only works when the patio doors are shut which I think is pretty standard. The WiFi was temperamental at the start of the week but worked well in the latter half of our stay. We also had 2 ceiling fans which we utilised. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are all lovely, cannot fault them. The pool area is great with a beautiful sea view. The sun terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink. We stayed bed and breakfast so cannot comment on the all inclusive, but we found the breakfast to be really good. Daily fresh pastries, fruit, fresh baguettes, freshly squeezed orange juice, sausages, bacon, meats, cheeses etc. The location is also really good if you want a quieter stay in Ibiza, it’s around the bay from the main club area but there are lots of bars and restaurants to visit and lots of the usual shops. All in all, we have had a great time and would definitely come back. I was sceptical when we arrived as I had seen some negative reviews, but honestly we have had no cause for complaint during our stay.

Not in San Antonio Bay! Be prepared to walk if you stay here. Very basic even for a 3 star. Air conditioning is essentially ceiling fans - there are also very noisy air conditioning units but seem to lack any cold air coming from them. Rooms only set up for two, so although they take bookings for four in a room, there are only two balcony chairs and only two chairs in the dining area. Poorly maintained accommodation. Pool is very deep so beware if you are with kids.

nereida aparthotel… what can i say. we checked into the nereida early afternoon on june 26th. on arrival, you could tell the hotel was quite dated, just based on the way reception was. the staff were okay, didn’t seem too care too much about any issues you had. there was one lovely lady who sounded like she was from Australia on the bar a couple of times, she was really lovely so shout out to her! so anyway, we checked got our key and were told how to get to our room. we were in room 511 i think it was? a ground floor room, right in front of the pool area, meaning that everyone out there could see us and everything we were doing. we checked out the room and just kept noticing cleanliness and maintenance issues… smeared hand prints on the door, stained bathroom shelves, a faulty shower curtain rail that looked like it could snap any second, and hairs on the floor. not great at all!!! so i went and spoke to reception and he said he could not do anything today but to come back tomorrow and he would move us, not good enough really! then he sent 2 cleaners to our room, we showed them the issues and all they did was mop the floor again then leave, please explain how this helps? as nothing was being done about the room that day, we decided to make the most of things so we went to the pool area. the pool is good, could do with maybe some more sun loungers but all good other than that. we were half board (breakfast and dinner) so that evening got ready and headed to the buffet for dinner, but if i’m being honest, the dinner selection was not great at all, really not much option! so we did in fact eat out every night due to this (i highly recommend kumharas, a cocktail and street food sunset bar, amazing!). breakfast selection was good. on our 3rd day, we went out on a boat trip and got back at around 5pm, our room had not been serviced so no fresh towels/toilet roll/made beds, so i went to reception and the lady just said ‘well the cleaners didnt leave a note so i don’t know why’, no offer to get our room serviced for us asap. basically, all in all, if you just want a base where you sleep and shower and that’s it, then it could be okay. but i would not recommend to eat there or spend your days there.
