Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel - Adults Only

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, something stylish with good transport links to other parts of the island. Hotel was clean and facilities were as stated when booking. Andy’s food and drinks bar by the pool is incredibly overpriced for the type of food that is served, nearly €40 for an average sandwich and a cocktail. Breakfast is €18 per person, if you’re not a big breakfast person then there’s a supermarket opposite selling fresh fruit and bakery items. In terms of the staff 90% were brilliant and were available to help with any queries. However the remaining 10% I did find incredibly rude and unhelpful, making comments about me looking underage when they know full well I’m over 21 (as stated as an adults only resort) as they checked my passport when I arrived at the hotel. Location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit San Antonio for water sports (or nightlife, but we didn’t visit for that) buses towards the old town and other parts of the Island are also within walking distance from the hotel and are very reliable. Taxi’s can be very hit or miss, in our experience they tend to prioritise trips to San Antonio bars and clubs over journeys to places like the airport.

Absolutely gorge hotel, super aesthetic and staff super attentive. Food and cocktails poolside also super reasonable! Great way to spend the day, stayed in the zero suitw and would recommend to anyone feeling adventurous. One of our best holiday stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradiso. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Bruno, he was really kind and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. We needed to contact the police and he called ahead to make sure we were going to the right place and we would be seen. The room was spacious and had great facilities, the only down side was that it was not cleaned very well throughout the week we stayed. The bathroom was cleaned very well however the floor did not get swept, the sides wiped or glasses replaced over 7 days. The pool and bar area was stunning however there weren’t always enough beds for guests. On a particularly busy day where we could not get a bed, we were offered to pop across the road to the sister hotel where there was space. This hotel was also beautiful and a nice change. Overall we would stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is amazing, it’s clean and has great facilities. The staff are really helpful and friendly, particularly Bruno who went out of his way to help us. Would definitely return. My only negative was the sofabed in the room was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor.

Absolutely Gorgeous Hotel!! Instagram worthy and pretty. The staff where the nicest and most helpful people, always greeted with a smile on there faces. The restaurant food was delightful and so yummy. The bedrooms were the coolest things ever! And they were lovely and clean everyday with fresh towels on the bed. Couldn’t fault it.

Let me start with the breakfast this place normally charges £15.44 per person so naturally I expected it to be amazing and top quality I selected the hot food from the buffet and it all looked ok but to my utter disappointment it was all cold not even warm I told the gentleman who was there that everything was cold and whether they could make me an omelette instead at first he said no but then when I insisted that there was no hot breakfast available as it was all cold he went off presumably asking the chef and came back to me and simply said it's not possible and that was it, there was no other replacement of the cold breakfast items whilst I was sat in the breakfast room for at least the next 40 minutes I did see the chef come out and look rearrange but not put anything else out and I thought this was a disgrace as they knew they had cold breakfast items but obviously didn't seem to care I did hear one person say well we can eat something else later and just walked out The hotel itself and the room I booked in was perfect but my stay here which is not cheap was marred by the breakfast experience and the attitude of the gentleman who didn't even clear our plates or glasses away from our table we did it ourselves he seems to just parade himself around not wanting to do anything the guy on reception who booked us in was very friendly and sorted out our heating in the room as it was cold in there so was very happy with that
