Title: Disappointing Stay Amidst Renovation and Subpar Amenities During my recent two-night stay at [Novotel], I faced several issues that significantly impacted the overall experience. Firstly, the hotel was still under construction, leading to incessant noise from morning till evening, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy any quiet time. The condition of the hotel was less than satisfactory. The flooring appeared to be aged and neglected, giving the impression it hadn’t been updated or maintained in over a decade. This was further compounded by the poor quality of the toiletries provided; the hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo were so diluted they resembled soap water, failing to provide the basic comfort expected from such amenities. Safety concerns were evident due to dangerous, old, and exposed electrical wiring throughout the hotel, posing a risk to guests. Additionally, despite the pool being advertised, it was closed and not due to open until July, which is misleading. This misleading advertising was a letdown. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was below par, with dirty walls contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s disheartening to report that the hotel did not live up to expectations, and I hope that future guests will not have to face similar disappointments. Not to mention that the location is a bit out of the way. Even though in my room was a big TV, it had no wifi connection, Netflix or Youtube Lightning was another issue. Poor outdated lighting is a disappointment for such a big room, and the bedside switch not working doesn't make it any easier Lastly, no bedside charging sockets are available, which means you have to go to the table area to charge your accessories The staff are friendly and polite 👍

Everything was good except for location and also we got a coat robbed while luggage was left at the hotels lobby and they wouldn’t check on that.

Hotel is not in a good location. 30 minutes from city center. They were renovating while we were there so everything was difficult to get around. Breakfast was horrible. The hallways smelled like hamster. Housekeeping was great though.

It is alittle bit far from the city center with 1 H. And the Hola barcholana travel card doesn't cover that area from air port to the hotel But it is very clean and nice accommodation. And in very quite area I enjoyed my accommodation there

Actually, the hotel is very quiet and they have very nice restaurant . The reception staff are wonderful.

About 5 minute walk to the tram. You can take the tram then the subway to downtown Barcelona. It’s convenient if you have time.

with that price range, it is fair to stay.

Lovely stay ideal for short weekend break and close to trams and not far from central barcalona

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店環境優雅，房間寬敞明亮，衞生狀況一流，床品柔軟舒適，睡得非常好。前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房都很高效。早餐種類豐富，口味也很不錯。酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊有許多餐廳和商店，非常方便。下次來一定還會選擇這家酒店！

Bonjour, Nous avons demandé un lit parapluie (pour un enfant de 2 ans), mais nous ne l'avons pas eu. La demande a été faite deux semaines avant notre arrivés (en même temps que la réservation)!! Samedi 29 mars 2025 vers 20h, la dame de l'accueil était désagréable. Ne cherchez pas à nous comprendre...Mal aimable ...! Nous sommes déçu de l'accueil par cette dame. Cordialement.

Пришли заселяться. Время 9 утра, понятно, что заселение до 14:00. Дали паспорта, чтобы нас зарегистрировали, а к двум уже придем заселяться. Девушка отказалась регистрировать. Пришли в отель к 14:00. Эта девушка только сейчас начала регистрировать. Говорит - а ещё налог €12,3. Ок. Даём €100. Она говорит - сдачи нет. Мы говорим - разменяйте, мы подойдем, оплатим, когда будет сдача. Естественно, она говорит - я вам не дам ключ, пока не внесёте налог, сами идите меняйте (в другой стране, непонятно где, с рюкзаками, до сих пор не въехавшие в номер) Если бы она зарегистрировала нас (не заселила, а просто выписала документы), когда мы приехали, пока гуляли до города, может как раз бы и разменяли там, но ей было лень, напомню. Сейчас назревает самый топ. Она говорит - ок, платите по карте. Мы говорим - российская карта у вас не работает. Она пробует. Действительно не работает. Она говорит - хорошо, разменяете, потом принесете. Ладно, казалось бы на чем-то сошлись. Но... Она отбирает карту и начинает себе переписывать её данные. А на карте и срок действия и задние цифры. Проживание у нас полностью оплачено. За налог мы также готовы заплатить. Но у нее нет сдачи. И она просто в наглую переписывает данные карты. Даже не спросив. Я уже не выдержала. Сама взяла ключ от номера, отобрала карту и мы ушли. В итоге сами разменяли деньги и оплатили. Самый топ: хоть вы живёте 1 день, хоть месяц - воду дадут только в первый день. Дальше погибайте от жажды.

24시간 리셉션이 있고, 리셉션 직원들 모두 친절합니다. 딱 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 위치가 대부분의 관광지가 몰려 있는 까탈루냐에서는 살짝 멀어서 이동 시간이 조금 걸립니다만 여유롭게 여행하시는 분들께는 충분히 추천드릴 수 있을 것 같습니다. 유럽에 거주하게 되면서부터 욕조를 본 적이 없는데 욕조가 있어서 덕분에 오랜만에 뜨끈하게 목욕도 할 수 있었습니다 :)

房間還行，周圍比較偏，離地鐵站有點遠，要坐公交車，離機場還可以，打車差不多30歐元左右吧，正在裝修，游泳池沒開，早飯很一般
