We stayed at this beautiful family-run hotel in St Anton last weekend as a group of four friends on a long ski weekend, and we genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel is run with real care and pride. The attention to detail in every corner – from the thoughtfully chosen decor to the immaculate cleanliness – was outstanding. Everything is beautifully presented, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with super-comfy beds and large, modern ensuite bathrooms. The hotel also makes skiing logistics very easy, with a regular shuttle service for drop-off and collection, and an easy-to-access, well-organised boot room that makes getting out each morning (and returning tired in the afternoon!) completely stress-free. The food was another highlight – we stayed half board, and both breakfast and dinner were truly exceptional. Fresh, varied, and full of flavour, with a real sense of quality and thought behind every meal. This is a hotel where you can feel the passion of the people behind it, and it made our trip incredibly special. Thank you to the lovely team that looked after us. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at hotel Pfeffermuhle with a group of friends on our most recent ski holiday in St Anton. The hotel is modern, cosy and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service to Nusserien gondola runs for two long stretch (morning and afternoon) but the hotel is very accommodating outside those hours should you need to get somewhere e.g. we had to catch a train back to Innsbruck in the middle of the day.

We had a wonderfull experience in this hotel. It is small, staff is extremely helpfull and friendly. The meals were excellent, with a lot of variety. For breakfast you can order freshly made aggs and pancakes, often there is a special choice like waffles. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean. The wellness was quiet, rest area was also nice. In the mornin a shittel bus brings you to the ski lift and gets you back in the eveneing. And the ski locker next ti the ski lift is great, no need to walk with ski boots and ski's.

Hotel was great, very clean, friendly and informative staff, excellent food on half board option and a great Spa/Relaxation area. Although it is not ski in ski out, the complimentary shuttle bus is excellent.
