We are from Ukraine, we stayed at the hotel from September 6 to 14. There is such an atmosphere here that we will definitely come back here. Thank you very much to all the staff, the girls at the reception are friendly. Amel worked with us, she wholeheartedly resolved our issues with the settlement. Special thanks to the animation team, everything is very unobtrusive, always a good program, pleasant music plays in the hotel. We arrived from another hotel, where, due to the loud rap music, from which there was nowhere to hide throughout the entire territory, it was impossible to stay. nice well-kept area, although small. They take great care of cleanliness. Good cuisine, rich sweet table. If you like the atmosphere of a pleasant private club with good manners, come here, you won’t regret it. we will get back to you! ➡️ Very problematic reception. I had check in in night and there was no light and guy who doesn't speak English. He went with us to the room and tried to show how he is tired with our luggage and said I should to give him 20usd. Another woman at the reception was two times in pajama and she was not nice person. After check out when I waited for my bus she said I should to pay something. ➡️ WiFi is not working good and sometimes is no internet ➡️ all hotel stuff talk in french no English so is super problematic. Only one barman speak well in English and one entertainment guy speak good English other speak 50/50. Other stuff talk in English only few words or nothing. ➡️ hotel is dirty. In my room bathroom was dirty. In reception they have dirty sofas. In restaurant dirty chairs. ➡️ animators looks like tired persons. They tried to do animation but with no energy. ➡️ in the bar still lacking some alcohol and machine for coffee is broken ➡️ pool inside is not working ➡️ breakfast is super poor. And for fresh orange juice you need to pay extra. At lunch and dinner is only one or two fruits. Waiters don't see you don't have water on you table. And is no normal water in a bottle just only gas water. ➡️ cleaning stuff enter to my room when I'm inside changing clothes. 👍dj during the day is playing good music 👍party in the pool with foam was great

The animators are fantastic, friendly and helpful but for me is mama do and Tayga and baddies and Liliuo and Momo all the team is very friendly and funny. I wish the best for all the team. Animations are interesting and I’m so happy to be here. I want to back one day soon.

Everything was wonderful :food, people , attractions and the weather. The hotel is situated on the beautiful area at the sea. Beach discos nice too but too much French music.I'm from Poland and we dont speak French , mostly we speak English. Man at reception is the only one who speaks English perfectly and the Polish people are very satisfied with his service because he always has solution for them:) Thank you very much:))

Reception at night - we came to the hotel in midnight, waiting about hour for keys for room. Staff in hotel, waitress - so rude, not nice. One of them hit our grandmother on hands during conflict when she explaid to him that some of us are coming to dinner and he is not able to move with table. This behavior of waitress is unbelievable. Restaurant - only one small automat for drinks as cola, fanta - every day was problem, not working, often empty!!!! We do not have what to drink!!’ For breakfast disgusting sweet juice!!! In restaurant is everything very dirty, plates, cups, forks, knives….no napkins, very small plastic cups!! Meat is disgusting - very hard, with wierd tasting. We had stomach problems after 2 days. Our kids too. It was big big mistake to visit this hotel, this country!! Wasting money… Do not support this country, they not to deserve it. We can compare with countries as Egypt and Dubai. Tunisia is most horrible dirty country with rude people!

Was my first visit to Tunisia. Had no idea about the place or the hotel. Animator team Titi, Chicoo, Rio, Blacky, chef Aymen, ddj kimo all great guys with great energy. They made the whole trip very fun!
