Areas for Improvement: Climate Control: The air conditioning unit produced a noticeable banging sound when engaging the compressor. This could be disruptive for guests with a light sleep, even with the fan running continuously. Hot Water: Hot water was unavailable at the bathroom sink. Front Desk Staffing: During my stay, the front desk was staffed by only one person at all times, which could lead to longer wait times. Sheraton Club Lounge: The Sheraton Club Lounge was unexpectedly closed throughout my stay. While the reason for the closure was not communicated, it would have been helpful to receive advanced notice. I did receive a $10 food credit at the in-house restaurant. Bed Comfort: The mattress exhibited significant wear, with one side being noticeably sunken in. Positive Aspects: Airport Shuttle: The shared shuttle service connecting the hotel to several airport properties and the airport ran smoothly and efficiently, exceeding expectations. Shower Amenities: The shower offered excellent water pressure. Spacious Rooms: The room size was ample and comfortable. By addressing some of these areas for improvement, the hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience.
