Premier Inn Isle of Wight, Sandown (Seafront)

Great stay and service at the hotel.

酒店的地理位置相當好出門就是海灘，酒店所有的服務人員也非常友好，酒店餐廳也很棒，超級適合夏天帶着家人或者情侶或者自己來住上一週，如果你願意花一點點時間去酒店的官網預訂也會避免被殺熟，家人們懂我意思嗎

Room was a little run down, marks on walls, shower rail broken. Noise from next door late at night, ended up complaining to reception. Meal was under cooked and sent back

1st day - We had a sea front room with a locked door joining onto the next room which one bed was placed in front of. No problem with this until 11pm when we had to move the bed due to the noise coming from the next room, there must have been about 20 kids in there shouting and banging constantly. My daughter was so upset and tired from travelling all day. My husband ended up going down to reception who to be fair the gentleman did knock on and sort it out. 2nd day - we decided to eat in the restaurant downstairs in time for the festival, my sons burger was red raw inside. This was changed and we weren’t charged but we did have to wait which meant us finishing long before he had even started. 3rd day - went down for breakfast which wasn’t pre booked however this wasn’t a problem the first two mornings (sat & sun) This morning (Mon) Steve told us to sit in the bar area as he was expecting 200 people. I wouldn’t have minded but it was 8am & the restaurant was empty. When we left there were still more than half the tables still empty! Sitting so far away from everyone else and the food was not ideal at all. It felt like we were pushed into a corner simply because we didn’t prebook. Steve came across as an obnoxious power driven member of staff.. had we have had the lovely lady from the previous days we would have enjoyed our breakfast so much more. So over all our experience wasn’t a great one. The location however is fantastic although parking is an issue. When we return we will definitely look for a better hotel. Book with caution.

Very very poor internet service, no mobile phone service either. Breakfast was poor quality in general but the food in the evening was good. No parking close by and limited time on pay and display.

First of all I must say this an opinion on Premier Inn in general. The Sandown Premier Inn was ok the room was fine but I feel that Premier Inn are really letting their standards slip. No interaction with staff, having to request that the room is serviced and vending machines out of order for the 3 night duration of our stay. In the past I’ve used premier inn many times as I was sure that the hotels provided a great level of service but not so much now. I will now look around before booking hotels rather than relying on Premier Inn
