Terradimare Resort&Spa

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Could not fault the staff, room, cleanliness. Location is great, 10/15 min walk into town and 25 min walk to the beach. We had a car which I would recommend. Roads so quiet and easy to navigate. Watch out for snakes near the beach!!

The resort is great, big rooms, lovely pool, nice outdoor spaces. Breakfast offers a wonderful fruit buffet as well as continental breakfast. The Spa is so peaceful. The resort staff is super helpful and proactive. Fabrizio managed my 11 guests booking flawlessly and very professionally since months before the official bookings were open. He assisted with the entire process, the change requests, and was very happy to help us with early check in. He helped us finding availability for 2 massages in the spa with just 1 hour notice. Reply times over email are almost immediate. We were 11 guests with 10 motorcycles, dozens of bar orders and different requirements and the check out admin was fast and easy, allowing us to get back on the road the following morning very swiftly. Alessio helped us with organising transfers to and from the restaurant and was very clear re costs and timing. Daniele, the hotel director and Giulia at the reception as well were lovely to deal with. Last but not least, Christina at the spa was unbelievably amazing. The massages we went for (back/shoulders and full body) were just perfect and sorted all tightness and soreness we had after 1200km / 5 days riding our motorcycles. We really had an amazing stay, and we will indeed come back!

Super Hotel , modern and a great price. We booked a comfort room and got our own patio also. Really modern with smart TV , super modern bathroom and bedroom. Just returned from a fantastic stay at TerraDiMare. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our trip memorable. The reception team assisted us daily with bus routes, recommendations, and taxis. There were a couple of instances when we couldn’t locate a bus stop and taxis were fully booked, leaving us feeling stranded. Each time, a call to the hotel had the reception team coming to our rescue. We’d have been lost without them, so thank you! The breakfast was abundant and the bar/ breakfast staff always greeted us with a smile. I have a dairy allergy and don’t speak any Italian but the staff were exceptionally helpful, explaining the dairy-free milk options and showing me the soya yoghurts available. The pool area is very relaxing and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom and the maid cleaned it daily, leaving it spotless. My only minor suggestion would be to place a mirror above the dressing table instead of the TV, so I could do my hair and makeup there without disturbing my husband while he watched TV. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle to La Cinta beach, which is very convenient. The town is about a 15-minute walk away, with a supermarket and bus stop nearby. If I visit Sardinia again, I will definitely return to TerraDiMare without hesitation. Being spontaneous travellers without an itinerary, we quickly realised the need to stay organised in San Teodoro for beach bookings and bus schedules. The reception team helped us with everything, from reservations and recommendations to rescuing us when we felt stranded. They truly assisted us with everything you could think of! Thank you all for a lovely stay and for being so welcoming and helpful. You truly made our week!

Hotel location: lovely quiet area about 14 minute walk on pavements to the centre of San Teodoro using a shortcut across Eurospin carpark. Eurospin is an Aldi/Lidl type supermarket and about 5 minutes walk. San Teodoro is a lovely small town with plenty of bars and restaurants and markets stalls at night. Free bus service to and from La Cinta beach (beautiful but extremely busy) about a 5 minute drive away or 30 minutes walk. Plenty of free parking for hire cars near rooms. Room: We were in a self catered apartment which was very clean and spacious no frills just basic furniture and white walls. Storage wise wardrobe fine for 2 people but not great if you have 4. Aircon was included in holiday price (***********). A pleather double sofa bed was located in the lounge area along with TV which has many channels but we could only find 2 in English (both news channels.) The kitchenette had a sink, double halogen hob, extractor fan, fridge with small freezer section. Pots pans etc but no kettle or toaster. For apartments no change of towels or sheets if you are staying less than 8 nights. No daily maid service. At the end of your stay you have to empty all the various recycling bins before check out to have your 200 Euro deposit refunded. You will have a room inspection before checkout to check bins emptied and that no smoking has taken place in the rooms. Pool: lovely and clean but not enough sunbeds so difficult to get one later in the day. Very tranquil with no loud music or entertainment. Pool towels are provided. Bar snacks and drinks average price for area and very nice. Bar staff were really lovely. No food or drink of your own is allowed to be consumed in the pool area. Tourist tax needs to be paid in CASH at  approx 14 Euro per person either at checkin or checkout.

We stayed in one of the self catering one bedroom apartment with our child. The staff were amazing!! Our daughter had a lovely time learning Italian while speaking with Fabrizio, Carlo and Deborah. They were amazing with her and made her holiday. The location was perfect for us. About 10 mins walk into the centre, 5 mins from the nearest supermarket. It was no more the 20 minute drive to all the top rated beaches in the area. The pool was good, although a little cold but given the heat it was refreshing to jump in. The hotel offers a shuttle service to La Cinta beach. We paid for breakfast for one day and the spread was substantial. We can’t fault the hotel or the staff. They went above and beyond for us. The drinks made by Carlo at the lobby bar were fantastic. Thanks for the hospitality. We would not hesitate to return next time we visit Sardinia.
