Top notch hotel, couldn’t fault the hotel, service or food. Pristine condition and a wonderful layout giving space for everyone with shade when needed.

We enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, just perfect away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life. We booked with TUI, all went smoothly flights to Tenerife, coach to Los Cristianos, ferry to La Gomera ( 50 minutes ) and a taxi to the hotel. Check in was great very informative, helpful staff who told us a bit of the history of the new hotel, while we sipped our fresh herb tea and enjoyed our homemade biscuit. Very nice welcome. Charlie the porter took us to our room which was a 3 lifts ride down to our garden view room 110. Great room, spacious and very modern with the shower in a glass cubicle and separate glass cubicle for the toilet. Beautiful white soft towels only changed when needed. Two x three foot beds pushed together very comfortable with two cloud like pillows (lovely). Kettle for tea or coffee, fridge with paid mini bar. Good size T.V on the wall. Plenty of lights in the room some on sensors turning on and off as you walked by. Patio doors leading out to outdoor seating with a nice view of the gardens, pool and sea. The restaurant has lovely views overlooking mount Teide. The food was delicious. Spoilt for choice, lots of fresh salad and meats and cheeses, to begin or freshly made soups and breads. A chef happily cooking fresh fish or meats to order or a choice of prepared dishes ready to go. Pablo cooked my tuna steak perfectly. A good selection of homemade desserts or ice creams. plus fresh fruits. Also a great breakfast selection. Restaurant staff attentive. We had lunch in the snack bar by the pool which was very good. Evening entertainment so laid back lounge music different each night. Alexander was great in the bar, very polite, friendly and welcoming. Corrina and David also made our holiday fun with dance lessons both great at their jobs. But a BIG Thank you to Lizzie who made our wedding anniversary day very special with the gifts from the hotel management and team. Thank you all so much. The hotel is very modern and environmentally friendly where possible. Nice to see fresh herbs, vegetables and edible flowers growing in the gardens which are used in the kitchens, also there is a talk and a walk around to learn more about them. The three outdoor heated swimming pools are very pleasant to swim in 2 of them are infinity pools with views across the sea. There is a very good gym open 24 hours. A indoor pool and spa which is pay to use. The hotel is very well managed all the team work very hard to keep everywhere looking spotless, clean and tidy. A car is a must have to go and explore this beautiful unspoilt island. We booked a small car though Lizzie and so glad we did. The roads are good to drive and very quite in May. A perfect hotel for a very relaxing holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel.
