We checked in quite late in the evening and then 6.30am in the morning the bar by the swimming pool started playing LOUD MUSIC even though there was no guest and only one staff clearly he was entertaining himself. Finally I went up to the bar at 8am to reason with the staff and there was no one there so I turned the volume down and within 10 minutes the waiter from the restaurant came to turn it up again. Totally unacceptable. We couldn’t sleep again after 630am. I went to complain to the reception and her reply was “ok”
