We only stayed a night but really enjoyed it and would gladly go back. At the price, it was fantastic - great views from the restaurant and food to match (seemingly bought in from outside, but that's OK). Friendly welcome and great service. Nice, well-appointed rooms with great views. Fully-functional bathroom with sufficient water pressure. Fast WiFi. It really is everything you need and nothing you don't.

Room was outdated and majority of the power outlets did not work, shower had 0 water pressure and was either scorching hot or freezing cold, breakfast was decent but left us wanting, the pool was tiny and freezing and the patio was covered in smashed glass, worst part is the bus companies they are partnered with, we booked the bus from sapa to hanoi through the hotel and we got put on a old bus with no air conditioning and no power outlets, the bus stopped every 10 minutes and took over 7 hours to reach hanoi despite being told by the host it would be a 5 hour trip, recommend finding your own transport and a possibly a different hotel that's worth the price.

I was stay here for 3 days 2 night the view from our a room is so magnificent and the garden behind is spacious and with plenty of wild plant from the mountain.The staffs is so friendly and knowledgeable they gave me good advice for the trip…..🔥🔥

🏠RECOMMANDATION - SAPA - CAT CAT GARDEN HOUSE Après avoir passé 2 nuits ici, on ne pouvait partir sans vous conseiller cet établissement, où on se sentait comme à la maison. Les chambres sont très propres et la vue sur les montagnes et les rizières est incroyable. Mais surtout, la gérante et son personnel, issus des minorités ethniques, aux histoires de vies prenantes et honorables sont d’une bienveillance rare. Nous avons été invité à partager un dîner avec eux, comme une famille. Nous sommes arrivé à 7h après un bus de nuit, notre chambre étant disponible nous l’avons eu de suite, et ça, vous le savez, c’est royal!
