Beautiful, rustic 3-family house "Angolo di Sole". 3 km from the centre of San Remo, 24 km from the centre of Imperia, 30 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. "Angolo di Sole", 4-room apartment 140 m2 on 2 levels. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV. für den Erholung und Enspannung sehr gut geheignet, da ist perfekte Meeresblick. Strand kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Nur zur Empfelen.

Die beiden Wohnungen sind wirklich sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Haus hat eine prima Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Auch auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus im Schatten sitzt man schön. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Parkplätzen. Uns allen hat es
